The biggest thing I learned is, IT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO CHARGE. YOU USE IT WHILE IT IS PLUGGED INTO THE OUTLET. You hold down on the power button as it’s plugged into the wall and once you hear the vacuum sound, you press on the power button once to change the intensity level. This is an awesome product. I used as directed and the results were quite surprising! I didn't expect for it to work so well. I had very thick, coarse black hair. Shaving was a nightmare and a waste of time because the hair would grow back instantly. This is a game changer and easy to use! I've definitely noticed a huge difference!
