The media could not be loaded. I am by no means a professional. However I have assembled every single piece of furniture in my home (several) so it’s safe to say I have some experience. I started 8:40pm. I finished 6:30am the next morning . My fingers and hands were so sore for days from screwing every.single.screw in. I never expected it to take me this long. There were soo many pieces!. I’m sure it would have gone a lot faster with an extra set of hands though. Overall, when completed, it’s such a beautiful ,majestic looking vanity. Straight out of a movie with rich housewives. Worth it if you ask me. Everything works. So Inlove with it and happy I chose this out of all the vanities I saw. This definitely has unique touches I have yet to see on other vanities which raises the value of this vanity so much more! I would recommend this vanity 1000%. If you are willing to hire a professional to assemble it or if you have a handy boyfriend/husband who likes the challenge or if you personally like the challenge of assembly then get it now!. If you are lazy, cheap, don’t know how to follow instructions, then this vanity may not be for you as the assembly part alone may turn your mind from it. The instructions were very clear too . Took me about 3 hours to assemble. Highly recommend using an impact driver or screw gun to assemble. Just be careful to not over tighten anything with them. Vanity light switch failed after 2 months but seller replaced immediately and lights are now working again.

I assembled two flat pack furniture pieces the same day. A dresser, and this vanity. The contrast between the two is why I am writing this review. The vanity took almost four hours. Mostly because the instruction were so poorly done. It was like their first draft at writing instructions. There were too many steps per page and often, small details were too small to notice. Often, I would miss installing dowel pins because they were hidden in the clutter of drawing. But I think what is most important were poorly aligned holes, and holes which were not pre-drilled. As stated, it took me four hours to build. With better instructions, and all the holes drilled, I could have easily shaved 90 minutes from the build. ... show more

Easy to assemble and all the parts were there. My daughter loves her vanity and the size was perfect for where she wanted it. The lights did stop working in January all of a sudden but a done a message through Amazon who contacted me to the manufacturer I guess it was and they replaced a part for me within a couple of days and we are up and running again! ... show more

Wow.. okay, where to start.. overly complicated to assemble.. check.. Questionable instructions.. check.. The length of time for a person with an engineering degree to assemble.. 6 hours. The quality of materials .. abysmal.. Looks like a picture.. not really.. Is it worth more than $200.. not in the least.. Would I buy it again.. definitely not.. Do I recommend it to someone else.. not really, unless you are a masochist looking for a lot of pain and very little award? .. then maybe.. What can I say that is positive about it? They included extras of each fastener.. which makes sense with so many and the fact you are destined to lose something.. Seriously, I am far from impressed with this product and even my daughter who asked for it for her birthday now doesn't even want it. It is not sturdy, even with added support.. it is not like the pictures. Not part aligns to the others once assembled and ... maybe if this was a $100 item I could see it working for someone in a pinch, but not at this price. I bought this for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas after reading all the positive reviews. Instructions were straightforward to follow and took about three hours from start to finish. Two recommendations to save time and frustration: 1) Get organized. Lay out all the pieces and hardware in alpha/numerical order. This will save time searching for pieces; 2) Use a cordless drill/screwdriver. I started some of the screws with a screwdriver to get it started and also in some of the tighter spaces. The only time that I needed another person was to move it upstairs to my daughter's room. Looks great! She loves the bulb lights and LED lighted cabinet. ... show more
