These masks are fantastic! It's like getting an infusion of collagen to your face. When you first take it out of the package, it is VERY wet. Be ready for that. I didn't expect it to be so wet. That just shows me that they did Not skimp on the collagen. I think it's best to lay down while you are using the mask because it's so wet that it will slide off your face...lol With my first mask, I had the bright idea to try to do things around the house while I had it on. That did Not go well...lol I had to keep adjusting it as it slid down my face over and over. The second mask went much smoother..since I Learned a few things..lol After taking it off, there's still moisture on your face..just pat it til it's almost dry. You want that..it's the left over goodies :) I love the way my face felt afterwards! It's like going to the spa...without GOING to the spa. Love that!!! I think what impressed me most was when I went to the mirror about an hour later. OMG...my cheeks were way plumper...and my eyes..oh the eye wrinkles..Almost completely Gone! It was something I haven't seen in ages...smoothness under and around my eyes. That alone made me love this mask! The only downside for me was...the change didn't last long enough for me. But then again, my face is pretty damaged by age and sun. If I had this Before the damage was done, I don't think my skin would be so bad now. An absolute Great mask! ... show more

I've used a lot of Korean skincare masks and this is actually the first on that has 2 pieces. I really like the 2 piece mask because I feel like I can get the mask to be more individualized to my face. With the single piece mask, sometimes the eyes and the mouth don't line up right with my eyes and mouth at the same time. This mask is moisturizing and does plump up my skin but the effect is temporary. I would need to use this product regularly to see improved results and for the cost, I'm just not sure it's worth it. ... show more

First off, I put this on on a December morning, and it was COLD!! It was also very messy. When you open the package (my package had a cut across it, but it did not affect the mask itself), the mask is folded up inside a moisturizing gel. Even just getting the mask out of the package means your fingers will be covered in gel. Unfolding the mask was easy enough, but again, somewhat messy. I was able to fairly easily place the mask on my face. It comes in two pieces. One that covers from your nose up to your forehead, and one that covers from your nose to your chin. It mostly stayed in place, but by the end of the 20 minutes was starting to fall a little (still completely covering my face, just sliding down a little over my eyes). At the end of the 20 minutes it was easy to pull off, although the two pieces stuck together as I pulled the top part off and then the bottom piece fell and landed on my shirt. Because of the gel, it was a little messy, but not too much of an issue. Once off, my face was still covered with gel. I "lightly dabbed" the remaining gel per the instructions, but even then it took several minutes for my face to be dry and it left it feeling sticky. Mine was a 1 pack, or a single mask, and I really didn't notice any difference after using it. Maybe if you used it on a regular basis it would help more. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love using these type of face masks. I use them every week. It’s a great way to have a mini spa day at home. I especially loved this mask. It’s gold foil and a medium weight, but it didn’t slide down on my face. It stayed put where I placed it. It also was very generous with the eye openings. I didn’t have to rearrange anything for a better fit or stretch out any openings. Very pleased with the experience. Even though it is winter time, it did not feel chilling cold on my face. Nor did my face feel flush or hot from wearing the mask. My skin felt refreshed and super infused with moisture afterwards. I let the essence sit on my face for another 10 minutes after removing my mask before lightly dabbing the excess off with a towel. a definite five-star experience for me. Normally, I like to share my face masks with the family but not this one, I’m keeping them all to myself. ... show more

I’ve recently turned into a mask addict! I use them about twice a week…if not more. These are some of the best I’ve used. I have sensitive skin, and many products leave my skin irritated. These don’t! Each mask comes in its own pack, and it’s soaked with collagen…no skimping here. I use the leftover on my neck for extra firmness there as well. This review is for LAPCOS 24K Gold Hydra Collagen Premium Face Mask (5 Pack) Anti Wrinkle Treatment for Fine Lines & Puffiness - Korean Skin Care for Firm, Hydrated Skin Firstly I like that the mask is in two pieces. This allows the mask to be more adjustable and allows for more maneuverability on the face thus fitting more face shapes. It is also easier to put on your own face when it is two pieces rather than one. The mask had a lot of product in the pouch and it was kind of difficult to put the mask on because you have to unfold it to put on. Afterwards, it left the skin feeling a bit sticky, but I feel like that is the case with many face masks. I put on moisturizer afterwards and the stickiness got better. Honestly, I know verbally what they're saying about gold, but I don't know if it helped. It's fancy though. The masks are kind of expensive, not going to lie, $6 for one mask is a bit much, but then again this is a popular brand of face masks. It's more expensive than the company's normal line of masks, but this has gold in it. ... show more
