The holes circled by the red dots, as you can see, are misaligned compared to the boards that we are supposed to attach it to. Simply because of that, we cannot fully assemble the cabinet, leading to a poor product overall. Returned one day later Heavy. Ordered new odered and contact Amazon to send seller to ship right ones. will updated ---updated--- Once we received re order anticipated right ones. Same shipment arrived. I purchased this black Landen Aquarium Stand, size 23.62” X 17.7” X 33”, on Amazon Prime for use with my new Landen 60P 32.1 gallon low-iron rimless aquarium also purchased on Amazon Prime. The stand arrived aboard a VERY large Amazon Prime truck packed securely in a heavy-duty wooden and metal crate. Two Amazon Prime drivers moved it. The crate was quite heavy so I unpacked the pieces in our foyer and moved them individually to our living room where I put the stand together. The instructions consisted of detailed diagrams with no written material, however they were more than adequate to get the job done. The parts were carefully packed in a few bags, and several spare pieces of each part were provided. The entire aquarium is held together with a system of wooden dowels, metal locking posts, and metal cam-locks which firmly lock-down around the metal locking posts. Do NOT over-tighten the metal locking posts or you will be unable to lock-down the metal cam-locks. Constructing the stand took about an hour because I took my time ensuring I was doing it right. The finished product is VERY sturdy and I had no doubt it would safely support my 32-gallon aquarium. The two dense built-in rubber pads installed on the top and inside shelf are a great feature. They provide even support for a low-iron glass tank and do an excellent job dampening vibration for equipment placed on the inside shelf. This stand is very nicely finished and doesn’t look cheap like so many other aquarium stands I’ve seen during the 40 years I’ve owned aquariums. It’s constructed of a very dense composite material. The door is REALLY heavy, closes perfectly and has high-quality fully adjustable hinges. My new Landen 60P 32.1 gallon aquarium FIT PERFECTLY on the stand. The rear cut-out provides ample room for aquarium tubing, power cords, etc. I’m very pleased with this Landen aquarium stand and give it my strongest recommendation!     • Looks nice... but NOT sturdy enough for aquariums

Purchased in 2022 and had a tank on it for about a year... However, recently decided to redo the tank and with that emptied and began planning the new setup... Then I noticed just how dangerously unsturdy this stand is! Gaping between boards, wiggles back and forth with the slightest push, and I'm unable to even slightly move the stand without it just coming apart. It has those kind of "twist and lock" screw mechanisms that just may not be feasible for furniture intended to hold this kind of weight. I'm thankful it didn't collapse with a tank of live fish on it. Now it's trash. I didn't know I had to test stands marketed for holding aquariums to this degree and would have returned it if I had known... But, next time I'll know! ... show more

This stand was fairly easy to put together and left us with no doubts that it could easily handle the 13Gallon aquarium we used on it. I am sure it could handle quite a bit more aquarium without a problem. It comes with a nice leveling pad. It also has good cabinet hinges and works will with a push on the door to open. ... show more

Way too wobbly for the price and it’s not solid wood, it’s MDF and the cheap manufactured wood. It basically broke while assembling because of the weak screws and wooden holders but I wasn’t gonna waste my money and it was too tedious to send back so I bought some matte black brackets and screws on Amazon and reinforced all the areas where the unit could possibly give way, now I’m much more confident that it can hold a heavy 55gal tank. So it’s a great unit but you might have to make some adjustments for peace of mind when adding heavy items on top of it . I do love the cut out to the back for potential wire and CO2 tank or canister filter access. Took around 2 hours to assemble myself as the instructions took a little learning curve. Don’t like that there are no shelves but it’s easier to add a portable stand for customization so that’s ok. ... show more
