This printer is excellent so far with sturdy parts and even though the shipping box was somewhat damaged,. the printer and accessories were all safe. This is the second DTF printer I ordered. The first one is like a child's toy compared to this printer. I had two issue with the instructions that prevented me from getting the printer to work out of the box. If not for that, it would have been perfect. Support. Since the instructions were not so good, I used the support options available. They offer calling, Skype, WhatsApp, and WeChat. I ended up using WhatsApp because I prefer to chat vs. talk when I have a language barrier. The support agent was Levi and he stayed online with me for a few hours. The issue was very small, and turned out to be based on instructions, not the printer itself. If you buy this printer and they have not updated the instructions, you will need to make sure you do these things: 1. Unscrew the print-head-restraining L-bracket or the print head will not move 2. The accessories come with two metal pieces labeled paper clips. Those go on both sides of the paper to hold the paper down 3. After loading the ink into the containers, Do the "load ink" >>>no more than 5 seconds<<< function in the WellPrint software after selecting "Setting" in the left column. If you do more than 5 seconds, the waste bottle will overflow and you will have ink to clean up. ... show more

It's a great printer and the company stands behind their product. The tech support is amazing. It is overseas and primarily through a phone app, but they are very responsive and helpful. If you are new to DTF printing I would suggest you set-up a call with them to get your machine up and running, as there are some nuances to the printer to get it running perfect. I had to tinker to get my colors just right, but it will do the whitest whites and blackest black with all the colors in between if you get your settings squared away. While there is no real manual to speak of, it does come with quite a few spare parts and such, like pumps, dampers, hoses, etc. If you put effort into it you can get great results. Overall you should be happy with this printer and it seems like it will last. It's built like a tank, very solid, so other than consumables that normally need to be replaced, i.e. print heads, belts, etc., this thing should last a long time. It does come with it's own ripping software, so no need for added expense, however, if you already have Digital Factory, it is possible to run it through it's controller service software (usually localhost port 9100). ... show more

Let me start by saying that this company has an amazing tech support. They have been patient and fast to reply with questions and concerns. I struggle with minor issues, because I'm new to the process. I've only had the machine for a few days and I'm happy with my purchase.
