Likes - Good temperature control, but it takes a bit of time to get to desired temperature when you first fill it. On the plus side, reasonably quiet. Seems solidly built and relatively attractive. Temperature control allows different temperatures for right and left sides. Wine shelves work well for standard bottles and Champagne bottles. I first purchased this beverage cooler in September 2019 it arrived badly damaged and not working. I received a replacement in February 2020 in much better condition. Now it is June 2021 and its barely cooling. I have it set at 39 and it struggles to stay at 60. I noticed in May the temperature was fluctuating. I contacted warrant and say they will not cover it because it was replaced once already. It seems to me for the cost of this unit it should last more than a year. Installed it looks nice but some of the cons are you cannot store glass beer bottles in it, the shelves do not adjust to accommodate them. Also the lock is somewhat of a joke first when engaged you can still open the door about an inch so it does ensure the door stays shut. Secondly if my kids (4&6) try to open it they could easily pull the door open with the lock engaged. The rubber (magnetic?) gasket could be better too. If you are not paying attention when you close the door it does not grab well and bounces right back open. Out of habit I began checking the fridge regularly to make sure it was closed because the slightest things could make the door pop open (even with the lock in use it could be open slightly). It would be have been a great idea if the light came on when the door was opened as well instead of having to press a button that you cannot see in the dark. Not even the buttons are backlit. PROS: The one thing I did not notice was the machine running, to me it was pretty quiet. After seeing other reviews that complained about noise I was expecting it to be much louder. It looks nice. Overall I am extremely satisfied. The fridge itself is exactly what i was looking for at a great price. The only issue i ran into was when the fan stopped working on the wine side after about two months of use. Ice formed in the back and it stopped getting cold. After calling the customer service number I was sent a new fan with instructions on how to replace it. This was a relatively simple process and the fridge was back up and running in no time. Plus I received a little compensation for my trouble. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend this company and product to anyone in the market for a bev fridge. ... show more

the unit arrived badlydamaged; the corner is bashed in, the sides are dinged up, and the back grill was detached. all attempts to contact lanbo (the manufacturer) failed...email was bounced back, their contact form on the website failed to submit, and phone calls go to a generic voicemail. i don't know how legit a company it is at this point. thankfully, amazon was able to make it right, after i spoke to a human. thank you amazon! otherwise, the unit is just alright. it looks pretty good overall. the light goes on only after you push a button and it goes off after a certain period, so most of the time the fridge will be dark and not as cool-looking as i hoped. the shelves have no sides and tip downward when pulled out, so i foresee many dropped bottles and cans. it is quiet though, which i like. had it come in better condition, i would've been reasonably pleased but not in love with it. arriving as it did, and given the lack of customer service from lanbo, i can't really recommend this product. ... show more

Nice enough, temps for wine side are adjustable for any temp you’d likely keep wine. The beer side would be better if it would go lower. It can only be set down to 39F but frequently sits at 41F. My kitchen fridge is set to 34F. The unit makes a noticeable noise when the cooling cycle runs. In a quiet room it’s a bit distracting. ... show more

    • Buyer Beware
I bought this refrigerator in July 2020. It was a great size, fits a lot of beverages, and was nice and quiet overall. 3 years in though, the refrigerator has stopped cooling. I worked with Lanbo customer service, taking numerous steps to try and help them diagnose the problem, even sending pictures that show there is some sort of leak, but they came back with it is out of warranty and they suggest buying a new powerboard to fix it. I am no expert, but not sure a powerboard solves a Freon leak. The icing on the cake is the powerboard won’t be available in the US warehouse for another month. Think before you purchase from Lanbo and definitely get an extended warranty as they won’t stand behind their product for more than a year. ... show more
