Ideal for motorcyclists, which is why I bought it. After years of adding air to my tires on either of my motorcycles by using a hand pump OR trying to find a free air pump somewhere while on the road, this became a God send and a welcome addition to my kit. I only bought one for my motorcycles and I may buy a second so that I can have one for each bike. It works really well for my bicycle although it is a tad bulky to take on a road ride or out on the trails if you mountain bike. So keep it at home for the maintenance or tire/tube changes. Using this pump for auto tires works, but I must warn you it is slow. All 4 tires on my truck were slightly low; 32, 32, 31 and 28 respectively and I like to keep my tires at 35 consistently. I started with the lowest tire and by the time I got to the 4 tire the pump battery died before I could get it up to 35 psi. If you had to pump up a single automotive tire I think in most cases you will be fine. After you are done pumping up the tire, you can plug it in to charge it in your vehicle if you have 12volt adapter or a USB port. Word of caution, when pumping up an automotive tire, the stem gets very, very hot. So be cautious and do not touch it and let it cool before taking the stem off for storage. You can also pre-set pressure settings for 4 types of vehicles and select that for whatever you are pumping up. As I said, I liked it so much I bought 2 additional for Christmas gifts. I will likely buy another for my second motorcycle and one to keep in my truck and maybe even one to keep in my bicycle maintenance kit. ... show more

Primarily, you should know the hose can unscrew from the case. Last time I used it, I thought it wasn't working and it leaked out what little air I had left in the tire. Called a tow truck out over it. Turns out the hose had just come mostly unscrewed and just needed re-tightened. Thought you all should know it case this happens to you. Looks like you could add a longer hose to it, but I've not tried. Another warning is that it's a little too easy to accidentally switch the pressure units (PSI, BAR, KPA, etc.) displayed, so take care to read what units it's displaying. I suspect that may have been the case in another review where they said the PSI reading was wildly wrong. The plastic shield over the LEDs cracked easily. It's pretty flimsy. I suspect the same is true for the front one as well. It seems to me the cigarette lighter adapter is only to run it on, not charge it. If you need it portable and wireless, it has to be charged via a USB-C cable. One is included, but it's laughably short. So consider a lighter socket USB charger for this and a longer cord if you don't have a socket near the floor of your trunk. I love the low PSI option for my riding mower. I love that the presets can be modified. I love that it kicks off at pressure. It's so much quieter than my old portable tire pump. The LEDs are handy if your phone isn't. I love this thing! So easy to use, and portable! My only gripes are: 1. The buttons could be a little more clear. It took me a year before I realized that this thing could display PSI instead of BAR. I had to figure out how many BARs were in a PSI before I could inflate anything. The "Set" button changes the unit of measure in case anyone else runs into the same problem. 2. The standard attachment that you will use for 99% of all tires is a screw on connector instead of a standard flip lever connector, so it's a bit slow to connect. Not a big deal, but could be nicer. I love the fact that it remembers the last pressure setting. It's a little slow, but since I'm using it for my scooter it easily inflates a tire in just a few seconds. I'd imagine you'd have to wait a very long time though if you're trying to use this on a car, or even a motorcycle. It's easily storable in a standard scooter bag, which makes it the perfect tool for any flat. For pumping up scooter tires the battery will last basically forever. I've pumped up 4 scooter tires and the battery hasn't budged from full. *UPDATE* I've been using this thing daily for almost 8 months on both of my scooters, and it still works great. It worked well when I received it. I tried to use it recently, but it won't run. I tried charging it and it displayed 75% charge. Still NG. I'll replace it with a different one.

Came particularly charged. I fully charged it. Put the nozzle on my motorcycle tire and told me what I had. Pushed a button and wammo. Tires are where they should be now. Good price and compact unit.

    • Pressure gauge no longer works

The pressure gauge reading stopped working after about 10 uses, so it does not stop at the selected pressure. Too late to return it. It does still work for filling up tires, but I need to stop, unscrew the connector, take a pressure reading with another device, then screw it back in again for more air, and so on. UPDATE. After posting the above review, customer service provided the following information that fixed my issue. Other reviews have also mentioned this problem, so this fix may apply to them as well. From Lamgool: 1. Turn the device on. If the measured pressure is not 0, press buttons “＋” and “－” simultaneously for 2 seconds to enter calibration mode. 2. The display will flash quickly, indicating the reset is complete. Please make sure not to connect any inflatables during this calibration process. ... show more
