At first it will need some getting used to, but later on it will be much easier. Download their app and you'll find a whole bunch of settings on the app. Trust me, its easier than it seems. The app is really well made and integrates well with the device itself. The ink doesn't "dry out" like traditional inkjet printers, so you can keep it in store for a lonnggg time and the ink would still be good to print. The media could not be loaded. This label printer has been great for all my labeling needs. It is super convenient to have a portable printer that connects quickly to my phone via Bluetooth. No hassle with wires. It is simple to use and has no complicated setup. I love being able to print labels on the go. It is small, fits in my purse with plenty of room to spare. The quality of the labels is great. The printer delivers crisp, clear prints, dry immediately, no wet ink. I love being organized, I have used this all over my house and at school. I wanted to make some small labels without investing much money. The JADENS label maker has worked pretty well for my purposes. The labels print clearly and adhere well to different surfaces. The NIIMBOT software app for making the labels is easy enough to use. I'm taking a star off for some small nitpicks. You, the user, need to adjust the placement of graphics and text on the label, so it's easy to set yourself up for a misprint with something off-center. I also haven't seen an option to snap the different elements into place when creating a label, which would make the process easier. Overall it's worked just fine as a budget option. ... show more

This is one of the most used products that I own. I use it to label. Literally everything I could possibly think of. It’s super easy to use you. Just download the app pick whatever little drawing or words you want on label hit print and there you go. I also love that you can save labels in the app so if you want to make more with the same images, it’s very easy it prints very quickly, and the quality of the labels is great. In my opinion. When I bought this label maker and used it, I immediately bought another. The ease of using it with the iPhone app was amazing. I used to have a Dymo that was kind of hard to use and for some reason quit working. I saw these on Amazon and thought 'well they are cheap enough'. I haven't had one break on my yet. The labels are somewhat limited, they come in sizes, not a continuous strip like what is in the Dymo. But so far that has not been an issue for me. The app is well thought out and allows all sorts of options for fonts, sizes, positions, and even graphics. I bought one for my office, one for my shop, and because I was always grabbing the shops for my RV, I bought one for it as well. ... show more

    • Label maker is good, but the labels aren't sticky enough

The label maker itself is good. Other reviews mentioned 1) not being able to charge or 2) being incompatible with iOS. I plugged it in and it charged right away. I did get the "not supported" bluetooth message at first, but that's because you have to pair through the app and not in the bluetooth settings. Once I did that, I had no issues. The labels are very small (as mentioned elsewhere), but there are a lot of templates to choose from, although no just plain single-line text label that I can see, which seems like the thing most people would want. I could probably make my own but whatever. Really, the only downside to this unit is that the labels are not nearly sticky enough. I wrapped some cords with them and stuck them to themselves (sticky side to sticky side) which you would expect would NEVER come apart, but literally within hours they just fell off. I have some on plastic drawers that have held okay though, so maybe they just don't like to be bent. Honestly if the labels were stickier, I would consider this a 5-star product. It's small, cheap, easy to use, versatile . . . really just nothing to dislike except the stickiness of the labels. ... show more
