The media could not be loaded. The book is solid quality, with plenty of space to write. There is an index in the front for easy reference as you add recipes. There is also a section of questions in the front you can answer about yourself. Maybe this gives whoever ends up with the book 40 yrs from now a fun insight to the author. Love this book! Wanted a place to transcribe all of my stable recipes. This book is perfect. Lots of entry pages and even a table of content section. There's a personal journaling section with some cheesy questions like "What was the first meal you cooked, etc" I'm personally not the type of person to fill something like that out but I could see how others might find these personal questions about the owner of the book cute.
