This bass guitar is great! When I first began playing it, the fretboard had left some black paint on my fingers but that issue went away quickly so if you're concerned about that, don't be lol. Easy to play with and the amp is pretty good. If you're looking for an amp to play at parties however, I would suggest to get a separate one as this amp isn't *super* loud. For $100, this bass is great! It's got a great sound, feels good, is light as a feather and more fun to play compared to my vintage Fender American Jazz bass. Whoever made this guitar knew what they were doing.

The manufacturer did not put a identifying mark anywhere on the product. I am not a bass guitar player, I did take music lessons for piano, trumpet, drums and voice. The fit and finish is outstanding. Packaged very well, no damage. The bass cord is flimsy, it could not have been more out of tune. everything works great for someone who is deciding whether or not to learn how to play. If I do move on to serious play and get a better bass I will keep this one. ... show more

The product did not arrive with all advertised items; only the guitar, connecting wire and amp were delivered. At least that allows my fiancé to play, but it is missing the promised bag, strap and tools. Just disappointed as this is a Christmas gift on a tight budget. 😢
