I'm overweight and was having knee pain in both knees. I was always using compression type sleeves and stuff and they help but I still felt swelling in my lower legs and I was still in pain. I truly didn't think the KT Tape was going to help. I actually didn't think this stuff worked at all and people just wore it for fun (I was a hater) I was wrong. This is the most adhesive almost second skin feeling fabric tape. I instantly felt like it was lifting my skin up and allowing proper blood flow to my joint in my knees and legs. I was extremely extremely impressed and I continued using it for a solid 2 months before I was converted to soley using KT Tape and not compression sleeves. I will say for myself it lasts about 3 days sometimes only 2 depending how much you sweat / the showering portion of you life. Which I'm totally fine with. If you use compression sleeves I would give this a try (unless you medically need your compression item) ... show more

I’ve tried everything on my knees but nothing has worked except this product. In the beginning I had trouble peeling the tape off without ripping my skin but now I don’t have any problems. For me when I peel the tape downwards it stopped my skin from tearing off.

I had been using a store-brand KT tape for a while, but developed a rash so switched to this latex-free one. Worked great, except its adhesion is much better and I ripped off a fair amount of skin when I removed it the first time. (No rash, though.)

A few months ago I strained my calf. Not wanting to miss any mountain biking days, I applied this tape to calf and voila, It worked great! Fortunately my strained calf wasn't a tear and has healed. But whenver i head out for a ride, my calf is taped for added support.

    • Helps Keep Knee In Good Position

Anyone with knee problems will tell you that unless you stabilize the entire knee in the right way you run the risk of a sudden move that will set you back in the healing process and bring on more pain. You can learn how to position the KT tape and do it yourself. I am using it for my knees, but I have used it for my shoulders, arms, ankles over the last 9 years. This brand stays put, if you decide to shower with it on and you want to keep the tape in place. It can get wet and you can decide if you want it to air-dry or use a blow dryer for a minute to dry it a bit. The adhesive is one that doesn't make me itch or burn. Other brands I seem allergic to. My physical therapist used it on my shoulder which keeps the shoulder in place and brings some strength to the area. Now I apply it w/o seeing the physical therapist. Watch the videos the company has available, and you will help yourself. It's amazing how, when applied properly, this tape brings strength and stability to many parts of the body. The price here from this seller is a good price for this brand. The pre-cut strips are convenient to use. You can also buy a continuous roll of tape that you can cut to desired length (and save a little money). ... show more

It starts peeling off during shower so I had to replace it every day. On the upside, it doesn’t hurt when I peel it off. Perhaps it was a bad batch .
