I thought I would use these instead of command strips for something I wanted to hang more permanently. These little pieces of crap only held up 7 days. I tried them on more than one item/weight. These simply do not hold

Used it to hold an under the counter light. The light is less than 1lb and about 8in long. The first time I used 2 straps. It fell within an hour. So I added 2 more straps. It's been up for a couple weeks.
