This is a great fan to own when you have frequent power outages. It can run independently on its rechargeable battery. On low this fan lasts over 24 hours. The clip is hard to open but does make it less likely to move when you do have it clipped. Swivel and tilt is great and hasn’t gotten loose with constant use. When using the clip as a stand it can be easily tipped over (cats) and I have bent a couple of charging cables that way. (Cats) The output is great but remember it will drain the battery faster when using on higher settings. I have three, one for each bedroom and a third for next to the sofa. I can't say enough good things about this Koonie rechargable fan. I bought it to use on summer camping trips, and it exceeded my expectations. The first thing I noticed was the quality. This is not built like a cheap fan, it looks and feels like quality. It takes a while to reach full charge, but once it does it will run all night. I ran it for 9 hours on medium speed. It has a choice of speed settings, and it moves a great deal of air on the high setting. It also runs quietly, didn't keep me awake at all. As an added bonus, plug it in to a power bank and run it all night on high setting - it will still have plenty of charge. The one issue I had was the spring clip - I'm 66 years old, and I had to use two hands to operate the clip. That's not necessarily a bad thing; if you attach it to something, it will stay attached. It just makes it difficult to open for those of us who don't have hand strength like Sylvester Stallone. If you're looking for a good quality rechargeable fan, this one will serve you well. ... show more

I purchased this fan as a replacement for a USB powered desk fan. The clip allows me to attach it to the edge of my over desk file cabinet or poster board. Even at the low setting it supplies a great cooling breeze. The highest setting is even better. The charge lasts a considerable amount of time as advertised. At full power my office mate can hear the fan but does not find it distracting. At the lowest setting only I can hear it. It is of good quality and very maneuverable . This is a great quality fan. I like that it can be recharged via a USB connection, and does not require batteries. The fan has variable speeds and the charge lasts a long time as well. 6 hours when used at full fan capacity. I ordered it for the golf cart, but for an EZGO style golf cart there is only one place to attach it, and it is ok but not an optimal location, as it is between the two passengers on the cup holder. It will clip on to the side rail so you can place it higher, but unfortunately, it moves and will fall off with any bumps on rough terrain. I recommend it overall, other than the caution about the clip not working for some surfaces. ... show more

Super versatile in where you can put it. Has a flat base so you can just set on your table or clip to the edge of your desk, which is primarily how I use it. Battery life is incredibly long. I use it on the lowest setting (still more that enough air flow in my opinion) & it can run for over 12hrs before it dies. It's all plastic but I'm not concerned about durability at all. I've used it for months now & for the most part, it's constantly been running & it still works just as well as it did day one. Amazing air flow, easy to use, & sleek design. Well worth the price tag. I needed a fan for our bedroom in our rv and was looking for something to run on or batteries but that meant I had to install some cigarette plugs which would have been a lot of work... then I saw these rechargeable battery fans. Thought I'd give it a try. Theses are Great. First it eliminated the need for me to run electrical wires and install 12v receptacles in the rv. Second it's so portable I can move it around wherever I need it. Third it works great. Nice breeze even on low, and the battery lasts a long time. The fan sits by my bed about 3 feet away and the low speed is actually almost too much directly on me... but I love it. It's so quiet that a few times I forgot to turn it off... came back and even after 16 hours it still had 33% battery left. It's neat that it can clip onto a pole or table, but I've just used it sitting on its stand. No problems. I haven't used it overnight plugged into power because the battery is plenty strong and I heard that leaving batteries powered on all the time aren't good for the batteries. Who knows?
