Bought as a replacement to a clunker Moen I had. So far I’m impressed with the quality of the fixture. Installation was reasonably easy for the average home-gamer. I like the simplicity of the design and it feels like it should hold up well. It’s got reasonable power in the spray head as well… even blasted that thick, lumpy gravy my old lady made clear off the dish and on to the dog. The media could not be loaded. The item is quite tall, and sturdy. If you have some kind of formica counter you would need to support your counter on the bottom. The magnet that holds the sprayer is quite strong. The water flow is excellent. It was very east to install and probably took about 35 minutes. The faucet looks and feels like quality and the soap dispenser is equally nice. I installed this to replace a single handle Moen with a pull out sprayer. This center hose does not pull out - what you see in the photo is the exact length of the sprayer hose. I mention that in case you want a pull out hose. ... show more

My brother in law has three and called them life changing. Ordered and installed with very little difficulty. The spray worked great from the get go but the stream was funky and splattered water everywhere and didn’t have a ton of pressure. I unscrewed the head and removed the screen, pushed the spring loaded restrictor plate and couple times and tapped it on the counter, put the screen back in and reinstalled it. Works flawlessly now. Others have had similar issues. Kohler has great customer service and will probably send you a new head but I didn’t want to wait. If you have a similar issue try this first. It’s easy, just be careful digging the screen out so you don’t damage it. I wouldn’t run it without the screen because if you get debris in the head you won’t get it out m. ... show more

    • Not as flexible as it appears
My 20 yr old faucet was leaking. This one looked great. It appears very flexible, but be warned that the hose and spring are actually quite stiff. The spray feature is awesome with good force that reliably turns on and off (a feature that the old Price Pfister did not do well.) Overall, the faucet is great, and works well. I self installed, and it was very easy—lots easier than uninstalling the old one. Just don’t expect it to be as flexible as a true commercial faucet in the same style. ... show more

This is a quality, heavy duty and beautiful faucet. I have seen similar faucets that were less in price, but I know that Kohler had great products. I was worries that the spray on this was going to splatter, but it is manageable and you adjust the pressure. It was relatively easy to install if you know what you are doing. Smooth faucet handle movement and study. I am impressed with the soap dispenser as well, it's provides the right amount of soap. (If you are able to get the soap extension tube from another retailer, it's worth the cost, because you don't have to refiil the bottle frequently). I give this an A+ ... show more

The faucet is large, so if you want something small, this isn't it. It is easy to turn on and off and the head can be detached for use as a sprayer function from a magnetic connector. It also comes with a soap dispenser, which I don't use. Very nice faucet.
