I am in a rental property that I love but with faucets that look like they came from the clearance bin at Dollar General. Far be it from me to make leasehold improvements but I had completely had enough with the faucets. I didn’t want to make an huge investment. Amazon to the rescue. This faucet is well-priced, good quality, and looks great. The dual mode setup works well. In normal mode, it’s got a nice, forceful water flow with plenty of bubbles to get the soap suds going. The button doesn’t jam like I’ve experienced on other similar faucets. Put it in the rinse mode and you get a nice fan that really gets the gunk off your dishes. Install was easy. It came with everything you need and reasonable instructions. Nothing leaked at all. It also includes new hoses with gaskets. My kitchen experience has improved. My only regret is that i didn’t get this sooner. The price can’t be beat for the quality you get here. ... show more

I purchased this faucet for our kitchen sink due to our Moen faucet wearing our after about 5 years. I was expecting to pay a good chunk of money for a new one. I found this on Amazon and read the reviews. I liked what i had read and figured i would give it a chance. I must say that this faucet was very easy to install. It took me about 1/2 an hour. Installing the waterlines was a breeze, although screwing on the nut for the faucet neck did require a bit of patience due to the tight space—it's a common issue with most faucets anyway. I was not expecting much for a faucet under $50 but so far it is great. Install was easy and the new basin nut and washer that are cut out (almost u shaped) made it so much simpler to tighten the faucet. No basin wrench needed.
