This touchless faucet is both sleek looking and the functionality is accurate to the description. The water pressure on both running water and the sprayer has increased from our old sink probably double. The touchless feature is very responsive and we have had no issues with it at all. The install is self explanatory and seems to be holding up without any issues. Some have Complained of looseness at the nut from under the sink but I have had no problems with that as the design seems to be comparable to other sinks I have installed. The look and feel is very solid and it appears to be easy to clean so far with the six weeks of use it has had. My old kitchen faucet was on its last leg and I stumbled upon this kitchen faucet. What a great find! The installation was VERY easy. You just need some wrenches and a screwdriver! I would recommend shutting the water off to the house before installation to avoid any mishaps. Angle stops don't always cut water off completely. Installation was less than hour and the directions were pretty straightforward. There are also youtube videos that can help with installation if you search Gimili Faucet Installation. The packaging was the product came in was secure so nothing gets scratched. I also like when the water sensor gets triggered and if I walk away it will turn off after some time. Great feature if you are doing a million things in the kitchen and forget to turn the water off. Very pleased that I can prep raw meat and wash my hands after without having to touch anything!! When I purchased the faucet it was working well after it was professionally installed. It then started malfunctioning after a year. I can turn on the water with waving my hand over the sensor but now it won’t turn off when I wave my hand. I have to manually turn it off. I tried everything to fix it but won’t start working properly again. Also the faucet won’t work without using the sensor so it’s useless if it stops turning on when I wave my hand. ... show more

Easy install! Same as one at homedepot for much less! Only thing that's not my favorite and took a lot to get used to is that you can only use motion setting.. You have to leave lever "on" so that motion works obviously. But when your not used to it, most people turn it off Instead of motion. Beside thats, I Love it! ... show more

I like everything about the faucet until i installed the product it was working properly in the first night but the second night flow of water was very low and sensor stopped working i even took it apart to see if there was a blockage somewhere and there wasnt i checked everything n nothing just dissapointment that it only lasted a night i even ordered a second one as a replacement and it did the same thing so i just ended up returning both of them and requested a refund ... show more
