  • Works Great Especially for the Price
Style: Tester
Used this mega meter to diagnose a P0AA6 high voltage isolation fault on my Toyota Prius. Works great and the price is cheap compared to other Snap On or Fluke meters.

  • Great for motor and starter maintenance.
Style: Tester
I have been using the supco megohmmeter to check AC compressors and motors, but the value alone right off the bat is great, volts, continuity, ohms. That alone is most of my work. The megohmmeter is fantastic! A lock button and a scale over the digits, leads that come out when not using them and dont have to worry about throwing it in your bag, Backlit screen, a stand, great feel to it also. You have to trend your own readings and do math, but it can do all the tests you need to, spit, dar, pi. Im using the fluke banana extensions and am using fluke clamps on this meter, and all I can ask for is more motors to test lol. This item is phenomenal. Compared all of the readings agenst my fluke multimeters, and this meter is right there with them, and its protected in cat 3 and 4 1000 and 600 volts respectively. Awesome meter! ... show more

  • Klein ET600 meter
Style: Tester
Great meter, accurate and priced fairly. Cost 1/7th what my Snap On meter did and does everything and more that it did. I did drop it and the meter led is not happy about it requiring a tap every now and then, but I suppose I shouldn't have dropped it 4 feet. Can recommend. Jimmy, Making it work

  • Great meter so far
Style: Tester
Great, reasonably priced meter. 1kv megger, true RMS, resistivity, continuity, 1kv tester all in one package. A bit on the heavy side, but has a nice rear angled support.

  • Very nice tool
Style: Tester
I know my way around multimeters and this is a nice one. You don’t always need a megger, but when you do. this is the ticket. I strongly recommend this product.

It worked perfectly!

  • Better than my fluke meter .
Style: Tester
Real quick , Klein is a proven company . The quality you get far exceeds the price you pay. Its display is easy to read at odd angles ( I’m an automotive tech and we specialize in hybrid and electric vehicles as well as todays complicated electronics on conventional vehicles) . The insulation test is accurate and the ranges measured by this meter are perfect for automotive by all means . THE LEADS ARE EXCEEDINGLY ROBUST . CAT 3 CAT4 safe . It is just a bit bulky but not an issue in my field . I prefer it over my FLUKE insulation tester by far . Costing hundreds of dollars less than the fluke with same accuracy and BETTER display . It also serves as a redundant DVOM . Buy it ! ... show more

  • It does work as a megohmmeter insulation tester
Style: Tester
It does work as a megger and has an output that is what the dial shows. It does work as an ohm meter and voltmeter. There are no current ranges as in other multimeters. I was able to use this to check insulation on an antique radio for safety.
