Bought this scooter to take to Hershey Auto Fest. The scooter was easy to assemble and was very solid in design and structure. After charging the battery the scooter performed well and was very quick, but be careful it does have a short turn radius and you have to be mindful of that. The compact size allowed it to fit in the trunk of my 1964 Pontiac with plenty of room to spare. At Hershey the scooter ran all day long on a single charge and still showed 2 bars. I did not like that Total weight of chair is 71lbs. and is too HEAVY for 1 person to lift and place in trunk of vehicles...I hurt my back on the 1st try. However I liked it comes completely assembled and you can just take out of box and use remote to unfold and start using. Also runs great.

Hello Bought this cute unit for travel, but the battery they sent is NOT airline approved. NO customer service available! I have been trying for hours to find a battery that is airline approved. NOT A HAPPY TRAVLER

We have version one and version four both work perfectly fine. They’ve been on cruises. Been on airlines been to Disney been Atlantic City been all over the place. The one thing you can say in the advertisement that’s misleading. There is no light on this unit. This needs to be corrected by the manufacturer. It’s misleading. I’ve even seen other people that have complained about this not being on the unit. When it stated it’s a feature otherwise this unit has performed beautifully all over the Caribbean all over the island of Bermuda and all over Disney no issues. ... show more

I just received this and in the description reads motor 250w x 2. There is only one motor and the scooter will not do a 12 degree grade. Very disappointed.
