These chairs are beautiful, sturdy, comfortable, perfect size for my table, and make the dining room. Putting the first chair together was a bit of an experiment. The instructions say to place the center bolt of the seat to the back 1st. Just say no. Put in the side bolts 1st and then the center bolt. Leave them slightly loose so you can even the seat out, then lock them down. After that everything is gravy. Once you get the hang of it, you can put each chair together in about 25mins. I will say that I put the back and seat together on the floor. I flipped the chair over and put the seat side on my table with the back hanging down, and put the legs on was simple. The material on these chairs is beautiful! I get compliments and the color is true to what's shown. I sprayed Scotch Guard on each to help with spills and stains. They are a handful to assemble. It was a bit of a time-consuming, confusing process, but once you've done one, you know what you're doing. I had an issue with a few of the chairs not fitting together properly where the back and seat come together. They didn't fit perfectly straight together, but are completely functional. Sometimes the legs get a little loose and I just tighten them. So, overall I would say the chairs are a good value, in that you get what you pay for. They are clearly not $150-$200/each chairs. With the fabric, and my concern about how long they would stay clean, I wasn't going to pay that. But for $50 a piece they look nice and get the job done. ... show more

I am disappointed with how this chair arrived. Within the first week of purchasing it, I stored the box indoors, but had to throw it away due to it being dirty and soggy from a rainy day, which also came dented, impacting some of the chairs. I ordered six chairs, but four of them arrived broken. Despite the attractive color, it's impossible to enjoy when you can't even sit on it due to the damage. The screw measurements were completely inaccurate, making assembly and disassembly a frustrating ordeal. The seller's response to my concerns has been equally disappointing. When I attempted to arrange a return, they initially agreed despite my lack of the original box. However, when I tried to return the chairs through FedEx, I was informed that I needed to purchase a new box and pay for shipping. The cost quoted for boxes alone was exorbitant, potentially amounting to over $175 for six boxes, which was completely impractical. Furthermore, the seller's suggestion to obtain boxes from a local store and then reimbursing me for the shipping costs upon refund is not a satisfactory solution. This process has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the seller has not provided a viable resolution or shown any willingness to accommodate the return properly. Overall, this purchase has been a waste of time and money. I regret buying these chairs and cannot recommend them to anyone considering a purchase. The combination of poor product quality, inaccurate measurements, uncomfortable, and unhelpful customer service makes this an experience I would rather forget.
