I received these beautiful chairs quicker than the estimated delivery date. They are so expensive and classy looking. The blue is a little lighter than the product image but not enough to make a difference. Then you sit in them and they are firm but soft. Very comfortable! Beautiful chairs that look high quality. However 5 out of the 6 chairs I purchased had legs too short. So they are wobbly. One chair is extremely wobbly with a leg about 2”-3” shorter than the others. For the price I think some chair levelers will do the trick and fix this problem. I still think they are worth the price. A bit of a pain to put together and a drill was needed since holes weren’t entirely aligned properly. Overall happy with the purchase though. Update: very comfortable chairs and they are pretty sturdy. Levels fixed the legs that were a little too short. I still stand by they are definitely worth the price. I am disappointed with how this chair arrived. Within the first week of purchasing it, I stored the box indoors, but had to throw it away due to it being dirty and soggy from a rainy day, which also came dented, impacting some of the chairs. I ordered six chairs, but four of them arrived broken. Despite the attractive color, it's impossible to enjoy when you can't even sit on it due to the damage. The screw measurements were completely inaccurate, making assembly and disassembly a frustrating ordeal. The seller's response to my concerns has been equally disappointing. When I attempted to arrange a return, they initially agreed despite my lack of the original box. However, when I tried to return the chairs through FedEx, I was informed that I needed to purchase a new box and pay for shipping. The cost quoted for boxes alone was exorbitant, potentially amounting to over $175 for six boxes, which was completely impractical. Furthermore, the seller's suggestion to obtain boxes from a local store and then reimbursing me for the shipping costs upon refund is not a satisfactory solution. This process has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the seller has not provided a viable resolution or shown any willingness to accommodate the return properly. Overall, this purchase has been a waste of time and money. I regret buying these chairs and cannot recommend them to anyone considering a purchase. The combination of poor product quality, inaccurate measurements, uncomfortable, and unhelpful customer service makes this an experience I would rather forget. I ordered 6 of the Navy Blue chairs and felt a little hesitant based upon the mixed reviews of the assembly process. However, I could not pass up these chairs or their affordable price and decided to take the chance! I am so glad that I did, they are absolutely stunning and really elevate the space to a level of pure luxury! Not only are they absolutely beautiful, but they are extremely sturdy and comfortable too! These chairs happen to be identical to a luxury dining chair brand that sells their chairs for nearly $400 a piece!! Pictures cannot do these chairs justice! My husband assembled all 6 chairs for me, he was a bit frustrated on the first one, and after the second chair assembly, he was a pro and assembled the last 4 with more ease. It really helps to make sure that the back of the seat is attached to the base first when you are assembling these. I am very pleased with my purchase and I already plan to purchase 4 more as these will adorn both my dining room and kitchen! If you are still on the fence, just buy these, you will love them!! ... show more
