  • Very comfortable, stops light leakage.
This is a huge improvement over the basic quest 3 piece, it’s more comfortable, it blocks light from coming in. I have a kiwi strap for the headset and overall it’s vastly more comfortable than the stock quest 2 with the meta headband. I don’t get red marks around my face and I have played until the battery runs low rather than until discomfort builds up. I have kiwi hand silicone too, this is way better than the straps it comes with. ... show more

  • Very comfy - gets sweaty if you do.
The padding is so much more comfortable than the stock quest 3 pads and the nose flaps really prevent light leakage but it gets sweaty easier than stock. Overall better than the stock interface.

  • Great as always - Kiwi are the best.
I upgraded by Q2 to a Q3 during the discounts, and I use the device heavily for working out. No other companies products - and I've tried them all - provide the same combination of comfort and solidity on the move. This and a matching Kiwi strap are essential upgrades for the Quest 3 or 3S. I've got the stand, headstrap, hand covers and facial interface - all great. Super durable as well, I had my previous Q2 version of this for over 2 years and never used the 2nd face pad. ... show more

  • Could be thicker
Pad needs to be a little thicker and this upgrade is not depth adjustable like the original Oculus 3 face pad.

  • Fatal Flaw(Avoid this product)
I normally don’t leave reviews but this fatal design flaw really makes this product unusable. Basically you know how your meta quest 3 has that sensor between the lenses to detect whether the headset is on or not? Well as it turns out this face pad is so deep that it makes the sensor malfunction. This face pad places your face so far away from the sensor it has a hard time detecting whether you actually have it on or not, so it constantly lags in and out of whatever you’re doing on the quest making it completely unusable. Everything else about the headset is great, but until they update their design, I would avoid this face pad at all costs. ... show more

  • Causes my Quest 3 to glitch
While that overall quality of the product (materials used) seem decent, it causes issues with my Quest 3 headset. When I have this installed on the headset and I tighten the head strap to a normal tightness (basically so the headset doesn’t wiggle around) my screen randomly grays/blacks out. I took this off and put back on the one that came with the quest 3 and I do not experience the same issues. I think the fitment of the product must be slightly off or conflicts with the sensors. Will be returning. ... show more

  • Don’t listen to other reviews this is great!
This is a very comfortable interface and definitely worth the price, I’ve notice people complain about the nose piece which was a problem for me but can easily be fixed by moving the cushion up some more to have more nose room, so far very comfortable blocks about 80% of light.

  • Works but has issues
Like the other two reviews mentioned from July, when I first got the face interface, the quest 3 would come in and out of sleep while I was wearing it, as if it thought it was taking it off over and over again. What I realized was that the sensor inside can get blocked if you have your headset pressed very firmly against your face. The cushion will flatten out and become wider, just enough to actually cover the sensor. I was able to overcome this by adjusting the cushion so that the cushion velcro was attached slightly higher on top, so that when it flattened out, it would no longer cover the sensor inside. Otherwise pretty comfortable! ... show more
