Pros: I have owned this product for two weeks now. As a male, I use this on my face twice per week in the evening and then apply a light face lotion that is made for anti-aging and treating acne. Before using this product, I usually have trouble with one or two small zits in the morning. But using the derma roller with my facial product has resulted in no zits at all and my skin feels smooth. Cons: The first day I used the roller, the roller rolled smoothly. However, starting the next day, the roller became super squeaky. I still use the same roller (I didn't return it or anything) but it can be annoying (enough for me to take off a star). I've bought a different, cheap derma roller as well and that one also squeaked a lot, too. So I'm still looking for a roller that does not squeak as much. ... show more
