UPDATE: HAS BEEN INSTALLED LESS THAN A YEAR AND WERE REPLACING IT WITH SOMETHING ELSE. THE KNOB TURNS ONE WAY FOR FAUCET AND THE OTHER FOR THE HORIZONTAL SPRAY. ONE OR THE OTHER ALWAYS LEAKS. THE "FINISH" AROUND THE KNOB IS PEELING OFF. THIS HAS NOT LASTED AT ALL. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Has only been installed for about 5 to 6 months and the knows are falling apart. For all of the features there are several things i dont like. You cannot use hot water unless it is turned to full pressure. So no hot water with a lower pressure. The knob to turn water on and off holds water/germs easily and makes a mess vs. a lever style handle. You cannot hook up a garbage disposal. I love the cup washer. I like the pull out sprayer v compared to others I've used. The finish seems to be holding up (after close to 6 months of use) Kind of complex installation and instructions weren't great but it had everything we needed. ... show more

First, the sink was missing the hoses that come out of the faucet. Amazon said they can only do a return, but we had already cut the butcherblock. I had to figure out what weird foreign hoses they were and buy them on Amazon. Took two tries. The sink itself is nice, but the faucet and waterfall part within a month or two already had paint chipping off. Because the waterfall part is built into the sink, you can't just replace a part easily. Now, less than a year later, those parts are rusted. Lastly, you cannot adjust mixed hot water on either the faucet or the waterfall. If you want a low pressure, light stream, you can only do that with cold water, not mixed. Which is a pain when wanting wash dishes, etc. Update: Just wwnted to update that now, the water will not even turn off completely. The one switch that switches from waterfall to faucet won't completely shut off. Absolute garbage! Now I have replace the whole thing because you can't just replace the faucet, because it's an insert. What a waste of money. Extremely mad. ... show more

Bought over a year but installed for 9 months. Cons: no instructions. Coating around knob rubbed off (so sad). Knob leaks when on. Hot water only when turned full pressure. So no hot water with a lower pressure. Pros: love the gadgets especially the sprayer

Haven't had it for a full 6 months and the nozzle sprays out water from the crimped fitting, it clogs constantly because of the stopper, and it came warped so the sink wouldn't sit flush

The media could not be loaded. We bought this sink because of all of the great functions it had. Horrible mistake. After installing the sink, we realized it wasn’t wanting to sit flat come to find out that it’s completely cracked along the top. The water lines are absolute garbage and leak everywhere and the sizes and all the attachments it comes with are strange sizes that are difficult to find to purchase new ones. I shouldn’t even have to be purchasing new ones. The coating is already coming off and it has not even been used yet because it can’t be used because everything is junk and leaks. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money and now I’m stuck with it because it’s already been installed in brand new counter tops. ... show more
