I have had this sink for almost a year. It's a little awkward but that's not the complaint. There is a surface "sheen" or dark finish to the metal. It looks nice. However, not even a year old, when I go to scrub a spot off of the sink, the surface finish comes up. I am only using a green scruff on the back of a sponge and it starts coming off. Very unsightly and a great disappointment. I hope to replace the sink if I can find something of quality that is the same size. ... show more

I wanted to replace an old small, two chamber sink to a larger, single chamber, stainless steel sink with functional options for a small space. I came upon this Artline sink, and kept coming back to it as I searched, due to the options that it offered, the look and overall price. I took a chance, as at the time, it did not have any meaningful reviews. Overall, very pleased. Sink came within a timely manner, very well packaged in pristine shape. The sink is well crafted, sturdy and very elegant. All of the above sink components and faucets/rinsers work as advertised, fit very well and are also well crafted. The sink looks and works beautifully. Now for the drawbacks. I am United States based, the plumbing for this sink was more in line with South Asia and Indonesia. It does not conform to legal plumbing standards, so user beware. The outflow pipes are very thin plastic and delicate, with the discharge hose being meant to just slide into the drain stubout in the wall. There is no standard trap, but a small, clear chamber below the tailpipe of the sink drain, which then circulates to the outflow pipe. The plumbing is meant for ligh use only and for delicate detergents. I do not know how long the quality of the plumbing will last. I have used a combination of regular fittings for the outflow pipe to eliminate the discharge hose elements altogether. I urge users to Teflon tape/liquid all connections that came with the sink's plumbing for good measure. I do have to praise that the water hoses and valve are long and of good quality. The valve fits with standard US plumbing. There are not enough spaces for all sink components at one time. So since I do not have a water filtration system in the sink, I left that off. Overall There are several good videos on assembly on YouTube. Instructions that came with the sink are not terrible, but videos are helpful. I am very pleased with this Artline sink, it it now the centerpiece of my kitchen. While I do not have high confidence in the plumbing longevity that came with the sink, some ingenuity, basic knowledge of fittings and care should make this sink last for quite some time. Assembly is very easy now of course I do this all the time but for someone who wants to diy it's gonna be lil frustrating. The instructions show no order of assembly no process. There weren't enough water lines to connect it all if you choose to use both faucets which again better instructions would show that. Alot of pipes which will get you connected but no clamps. Now biggest issue is after I figured all that out the water control doesn't shut water off completely and with absolutely no insulin how to adjust that. Need a better support for this item since you seem to be selling a ton of them. I will post a video and pictures later.. OH ALMOST FORGOT!! If you want to undermount don't expect your granite people to want to as I don't see it as the way the faucet has to mount. We did a top mount which then gave us the problem of the overflow attachment as it's on the side and you can't cut out enough granite to fit it without risking chipping the edge. Again, I will post some pics after I get back to job. I have included a pic of the valve. The keeper nut on mine did not fit secure. If you turn on and it runs even when in off mode it needs replaced. Mine was visibly defective as knob was loose and crooked when I first opened it. THERE ARE NO CONTACT NUMBERS!!!! You will have to call Amazon who will only send a whole unit out. I replaced just the spray assembly and sent back the other. Not a fun experience but once in it works okay. ... show more

Couldn't install ourselves, so had to hire someone to do it, and they said, nothing with this is standard and he had a hard time finding compatible things. It has many features, but honestly don't end up using them. Pros: Fancy looking. Water dispenser, sprayer, cup rinser, and diagonal rinse. Cutting board that fits, and 2 trays for washing vegetables and fruits that also fit in and slide left to right. One drain hole on the right makes it easier to put dishes in the middle. Cons Not too wide. The turn knob is a round hard to turn. Especially when your hands are soapyyy. The knob turns on slow cold water and then fast cold water and THEN warm water and then hot water. There is no slow warm water. It's super fast warm water. The cuting board sort of sits in the middle, and is straight, so if you put wet anything the board is a flooded wood. I feel like it should have been like 2 - 3 degree tilted. Anyways, not a big deal, but I have always put cutting board diaginal and it is vertical. Making the cutting area small. It has 3 holes on the top right side for the over flow, but I don't know when the water is going to go other than under the sink which is the same as outside the sik... Anyways, putting in a basement might be better than an everyday sink I feel like... ... show more
