The Kraus sink is beautiful, high quality, easy-to-install, and the company has many helpful comments and videos online to help with every step of the process. I was recommended this sink by several home DIY channels on YouTube and I am glad I found this product. I was worried about the shipping as others had mentioned but the product showed up very well packaged and safe from crack or dings. I purchased the strainer set as well for a seamless look. Others were uncomfortable with using rubber O-rings and plastic threads on the strainers but it seems that the plumbing world is evolving from old plumber putty days to newer stuff and after some quick replumbing under my sink (the deeper sink meant I had to redo everything back to the main outlet, new P-trap, etc, but it was time to update anyhow), I’m ready to go with no leaks. I paired it with a recommended faucet also on Amazon here and it looks sharp. I think the off-center is actually attractive. I really like how deep the left part of the sink is and the shallow right upper sink is so handy as a staging area for dishes for the dishwasher, rinsing veggies, etc. I can’t believe how much this sink adds to the appeal of my kitchen. I smile every morning when making coffee and I have so many complements when guests are over! At dinner last night I had a friend order the exact same setup as mine; I can’t wait to help her install it at her place. This sink comes with under or overmount instructions and equipment. I used silicone sealer and the included overmount sink tighteners, cutting small wood blocks for them to “push” of of below the countertop so the metal part wouldn’t hit the sink and push it up off the countertop. The sink is heavy enough where I don’t believe I truly needed these attachments; a high grade silicone sealant should work fine if the geometry doesn’t allow for you to get the attachments on. If you have problems with the sink, please search Google or Youtube- this company seems to put great effort into their product support and there are so many helpful videos both by the company itself on Youtube and also by other DIYers. I love my sink, it is beautiful and deep which I wanted, I didn't realize however that drain cleaner is a very dangerous item on the finish of the sink and the drain ring, a drop ended up on the stone surface near the drain and on the black plastic ring changing each to white, I'm going to try acrylic enamel appliance paint to touch up. Otherwise I also recommend purchasing a wire grid for the bottom or you will break glasses. ... show more

The first sink arrived broken at the corner where the half drilled holes are and it looked like that corner was banged on during shipping. The sink was packaged well. The worst part that I couldn't get my debit card refunded and I had to buy a second one. Amazon gave me a credit but the option would've been nice. The second sink arrived without any damage. After I installed and added a new matching matte black faucet the thing gleaned immaculately. All my previous kitchen sinks were cheap and generic so this was a major step up. I love the way it looks and feels. It has a smooth surface which makes cleaning easy. When I place silverware or a ceramic dish in it, it barely makes a sound and is so muffled compared to my previous thin steel sinks. I love the offset 60/40 design and having the larger side deeper than any sink I've ever owned. I can easily fit a 5-gallon bucket in it. I highly recommend this sink. ... show more

This Is one of the most beautiful sinks ive ever bought. It has some sparkle from the quartz and it is comfortable, deep and impressive. Mine came very well packed and no imperfections. The brackets for top mounting are a little bit flimsy but i managed to get it installed easily. Black Sinks were $400 at Home Depot so this one for $199.00 was great deal for me. The faucet was $33 and the two black drains $30. All in we spent $262 + - on the whole sink setup. ... show more

Love how it looks but maybe not practical if you wash big pans a lot. The side with the disposal is shallow and hard to scrape pots into without getting food in the larger deeper left side. The disposal is an extremely tight fit against the wall underneath so some creative plumbing might be needed. Mine is really tight but I was able to get a trap installed. The Kraus sink arrived well packaged & secure, with no damage. The sink itself is pretty incredible, in both looks & functionality. Very nice addition to anyone's kitchen. I did run into a few issues with the supplied drop in clamps. First they don't adapt well to a thin countertop (3/4" or less). Secondly, unless your installing in new construction & cutting the hole yourself, the clamps work very poorly if the hole is oversized at all (in my case, it replaced a stainless sink, the opening for which appeared to be cut out with a dull chainsaw). They slip out of their track when tightened & a few of mine chipped the edge off their mounting tab. For the first issue, I trimmed about 5/16" off the metal clamp ears, screw and shaved the hinged tab off the plastic body of each clamp. This netted me an additional 5/16" of clamp travel. For the second, I used shims sliced lengthwise in half & gently tapped them between the body of the clamp & the countertop. This forces the clamp to seat fully in its mitered track & bite into the countertop. I've included a few pics, hopefully this helps a few folks from pulling their hair out. Z ... show more

Thank you Amazon for the opportunity to give this beauty a second life! Open box purchase. It enlarges & enhances the ambiance of the entire kitchen. Excellent purchase for price, quality, & look. Wasn’t as easy to install due to a difficult style platform already in place to drop sink into so it took a bit to allow it to lay flush, but now there’s more room under the sink and more room on the counter. Easy to clean. Drains completely. Copper strainers look beautiful against the black composite. Really very happy with this purchase! ... show more
