This scale has seen daily use in a restaurant for close to two years. We use it to weigh out or pizza dough each night. Its a greasy, floury process and this scale has held up beyond what should be expected of a chinese made, residential grade scale. 5 stars.

This kitchen scale is very easy to use and looks good. The main thing is the accuracy is great! I have bought two scales before and the ounces are off. I use this mainly for baking and you know for baking you have to be exact on the ingredients. The scale is a good size and looks good with the stainless steel material.
