  • Like because they have the handle tie flaps
Size: 70 Count (Pack of 1)
I bought 2 kinds of trash bags to line my outside trash barrels, I like these best because they had the handle tie flaps. The other brand showed flaps but they didn’t have them so I’ll stick to these Kirkland brand

  • Strong last over a year.
Size: 70 Count (Pack of 1)
Though it says Outdoor bags, I wouldn't put anything more than just leaves like the picture of the square trashcan on the box. We use these for our indoor 34 gallon trashcan that is 22 inches across. If you will scroll over the picture with your mouse you can click to enlarge photo that shows the bags measurements. All the 39 gallon trash bags are too tight for our trashcan. These are not as strong as the construction bags. As long as these are available and affordable (I paid in 2016, $32.70 and in 2017, $38.95), I will continue to buy online, the nearest Costco is over 50 miles away. I really like the fact that I don't have to buy trash bags weekly or monthly. I bought these on August 3, 2016 and they lasted until Sept 24, 2017. They have curved edges that according to the product description they call Smart technology, basically it means it has 4 curved edges at the top to make it easier for tying twice. They come in 2 tight rolls (50 each), held together by static, the bags are not perforated you just pull them and they slide apart. We take out the trash one to two times a week, trying to cut back to one time a week so they will last closer to 2 years. Nothing has ever poked thru from the inside, but my cat's claws can claw thru the outside. These are not scented. ... show more

  • Excellent bags!
Size: 70 Count (Pack of 1)
I use these bags as liners in the outdoor trash cans at all my rental properties. It makes removing the trash an easy job, no matter how nasty the garbage. The 50 gallon size is perfect, as the sides of the bags do not fall down into the can as renters deposit bagged trash from indoors. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • No worry garbage bags when secured with a lid.
These are the best bags, at least for our garbage can. Our garbage can is a is larger than a 13 gallon and at the time I bought the first box I was not sure it would work, but it does. Because it is larger than our garbage can, which has a lid that can be opened with a sensor, the extra room on the bag makes it very easy to get out. Because of the special handles, not only does it aid with getting the garbage out of the can easily, if the bag is overstuffed, just sit on the floor and pull one way and use my feet against the can until it gives enough to get it out the rest of the way. It is also much easier to find the next bag when you need a new one. There is no doubt which was is up or where to separate because it is always the curved ends with the handles. We tried using the same bags without the handles and it was difficult to find where the end of the bag was on the roll and even harder remembering where to separate the top portion. WE USE THESE IN OUR KITCHEN. ... show more

  • Best bags I’ve ever found
Size: 70 Count (Pack of 1)
I’ve been buying these bags for years and without fail they keep doing the job. I go through 45 to 50 a year just filling them with leaves.

  • FINALLY a agood fit...just not real strong
I decided to buy these bags because of the reviews I read from others having the same issue I have dealt with for the last two years. We have a large trash can but never find bags that fit properly. We need the large can, as we run a foster home for a rabbit rescue and have a large volume of trash from litter boxes. That brings up the issues I have with these bags; while they are a great size, dirty litter boxes are quite heavy trash and I have to use two bags to handle the load of one that I was using. The Kirkland bags are good, but just a little thin and unable to handle significant weight...none have broken yet, but we are careful to not overload. Even with the use of more bags, we still see a savings as the heavy-duty liners we were using were $10 for a roll of 18 bags. If Kirkland would make a true heavy-duty version of this size bag, even at a slightly higher price, I would be ecstatic! The bag strength is the only reason I cannot rate this 5-stars. ... show more

  • At last! A bag that fits...
I've tried about every bag I can find in the stores hoping they would fit the 40-gallon trash container our refuse company supplies. None did. The container is as big in diameter as a 50-gallon drum, and all of the 40- and 42-gallon, and some 50-gallon, bags had a diameter much too small and I was constantly having to fiddle with the bag and pick-up trash that had spilled or had missed those bags. I tried these because of the price. I got 100 bags for less than I have been paying for 25 bags. I figured if these didn't fit, at least I wouldn't feel ripped-off by the price I'd paid. They fit! No more re-handling household trash. These are lightweight bags. They're not flimsy, but they aren't going to hold up to pointy yard trash. That's fine: they aren't advertised as heavyweight bags. Our refuse service company requires that we have bag liners in their containers (if anything should spill from an un-lined container during the pick-up, we get charged a penalty) and these work perfectly. ... show more
