The filter looks to be of good quality. Everything that I needed to install was included. I would have liked if it had a bypass valve for changing filters like my previous filter system had but it does have an air bleeder.

Purchased for our winter home in AZ where the water seems quite hard. Noticed a big difference while showering, my hair is a lot softer with it and don't seem to get hard water spots on fixtures like before. So far, very satisfied (haven't had it installed very long).

Had a plumber install it and he installed it wrong. It was spilling water because it was not wrung in correctly. Once my husband wrung it in correctly It was great. Still spilled some droplets but not anything concerning. You can tell the difference in the water immediately.
