Received in well packed package. Scooter quality is very good and sturdy. I haven’t expect that it can climb 35 degree slope with 12 kgs of weight. Turning radius is good and comfortable for my 3 years old daughter. Broad wheel base provide good balance for kids below 3. In full charge my daughter drove it for nearly 45 mins with no lag and I believe still it left with some charge. Bit expensive but performance wise it’s good. We have bought three of these scooters. Two out of three broke quickly. One broke after just ONE lap around the block. Really disappointing given we’ve spent almost 400 on these scooters. This company should really reach out to make this right.

My granddaughter really loves the electric scooter that I got her for her birthday. Unfortunately after only a couple of weeks the scooter would not run. I reached out to customer service through amazon and the company that sells the scooter immediately responded to our concerns. They are sending us a replacement scooter. I appreciate the quick response and they are giving me an extended 2 warranty on the scooter. This scooter is awesome, and my 3-year-old daughter loves it. It came packaged well and the scooter is well built and sturdy. The speed is perfect for her age and the battery life lasts long between charges. I definitely will be purchasing another one in the near future.
