My son loves this toy. I did have to do an exchange though. The 1st one we got was used. There was water inside already and it didn't work. No light or no steam. The plastic rack was snapped in half as well. The quality was terrible. I was disappointed considering the cost. They sent a new one and it was a night and day difference. It worked until the water ran out and when I refilled it, it won’t work anymore. I’ve tried everything. shaking it, turning it upside down, refilling again, it just won’t smoke anymore. Which is a bummer because it worked perfectly until the water ran out. Sound is very cool.
