  • Great product 👍
Assembly does take some time as expected with playground equipment of this size. Instructions aren't great but if you read a page or two ahead you can catch the errors. About 3 hour set up with 2 people, kids love it well worth the price and assembly.

  • Worst thing to assemble and Amazon also does not care
I've never submitted a review about anything but this whole thing compelled me to do so. A horrible experience all around. First of all, this thing was the hardest thing I've ever assembled, mostly because of horrible instructions. (And I've assembled hundreds of things before). On top of that, I noticed that Amazon dropped the price right after I received it. All I asked for from Amazon was to give me a partial refund to what the product was then selling for. And they refused saying it was "price matching" even if it was also sold from them. I suspect that the reason Amazon dropped the price was because so many people were returning it. And it will probably soon be a clearance item... Inside the box were 2 instruction books. One of them had a sticker on it that said: "Updated Instructions. Use this manual." But I went over the entire books of each and not a single difference. I suspect that the manufacturer/seller was told by Amazon to update their instructions since so many people were complaining about them. And they bluffed with a so-called "Updated Instruction Manual." I thought that I could YouTube it. Believe it or not, this specific particular item is NOT on YouTube! There's no YouTube instructions at the time that I submit this review. As far as Amazon, they said that I could return it.... But I had already put in a significant amount of time and work assembling it, and they wanted it sent back in the box and even pay not refund the shipping. All I asked Amazon for was a partial refund to what they were selling the product for on the day that I received it. I had already put in a heck of a lot of time and work assembling it. I wasn't about to disassemble and re-box it. So Amazon essentially helped this manufacturer/seller rip me off. I have a lot of experience assembling things, and I can tell you, most people will not be able to put this thing together from the current instructions. And even if they had good instructions, this thing literally came in so many pieces it will still take too much time. It's obvious I won't buy anything from this manufacturer again. But I'm really gonna try to not buy from Amazon anymore. I'm certain Walmart would have taken care of me better. I'll probably cancel my Prime subscription because of this. ... show more

  • Great buy but challenging assembly, read to understand why...
The manual will have you assemble a section only to later tell you to add a net, twice thats happens. Other then the unorganized steps, it's a nice purchase and great quality. Recommend placing indoors because fort cover material would probably easily rip, dry rot, or fade due to outdoors weather.

  • Kids love it
This was a little difficult to put together, but my husband is strong and good at just looking at something and knowing how to make it work. We put it up in the basement so the kids can play no matter the weather outside. They tend to stick to the slide, but with pants and socks or a towel/blanket to sit on it works great. ... show more

  • This does take two people to assemble.
The media could not be loaded. The still photo shows the slide support from the underside. This will be challenging to thread the small nuts to the bolt in a small groove in the design. The socket spanner will probably work best turning the assembly over or by standing it upright .Definately this will require two people. The top canopy assembly (not shown) is under tension when bringing the five metallic pieces together . This is a potential safety hazard if it slips during assembly. This could fly into someone’s face or mouth. The bolt holding this assembly is too short. I anticipate the product’s overall design will be sturdy and provide enjoyment for my granddaughter. I recommend Amazon to provide this feedback to the manufacturer. ... show more

  • Extremely difficult to assemble, don’t waste your money
We’re both extremely savvy and capable people with building and assembling things. That being said, 8 attempts to assemble the first stage of the top bar and netting failed. Assembly for this requires you to be extremely strong or use of tensioners to get the 4 metal posts to assemble with the netting threaded through the posts. We had 3 people on this and after 4 hours just on this 1st very difficult step have given up. The instructions aren’t very helpful. We’ve declared this purchase a total loss. You are 100% better off finding any other play set made by another manufacturer. You will have less headaches less bruises and a happier child. ... show more

  • Extremely difficult to put together
Pros: seems sturdy when put together, (fyi for kids only) All parts and pieces were present All holes lined up appropriately I bought this for a decent price compared to other slides, etc on the market. Cons: Step 2, building of the center upper platform is nearly impossible and requires brute force and a minimum of 2 people. I almost gave up here. Vague or unclear directions meant undoing and redoing steps multiple times They should make you place the bottom sand pit before you put the step bars on, there is no way to put it in place after the step bars are on Some of the screws seemed short for their intended purpose. Poorly labeled bars and parts. Time consuming to finish and almost all parts require more than 2 hands to do this efficiently. Mesh attachment around the slide absolutely doesn’t reach to the upper bars to Velcro on, it was made too short. It’s done and I’m grateful because I never want to do this ever again. Poorly designed, poor instructions, not impossible to put together but improbable unless you have a lot of time and a lot of patience. ... show more

  • Slide
The media could not be loaded. Great size, was worth it, at night he lays in it when we are outside latenights, the appearance is nice. I wouldnt say missing part i would say the wrong facing part. It was pretty easy to assemble but i was left with one piece i believe is the wrong piece as i show in the video is facing upwards and im Pretty sure it is suppost to face down towards the slide to access it with ease. I couldnt find a number to contact seller or company who makes it. But beside that my son enjoys it he just haves to climb over the bar to slide down. ... show more
