I put this out in the morning for the crows with a bowl of water and they love it. The price is right for the critters that I feed with it. Anything the crows don't eat, the fox come and clean up pretty quickly in the early evening. Definitely will buy again.

I have an old female chi mix that is very picky about kibble. Her teeth are not so great anymore and she has a huge underbite. As she is 16 we want to keep her eating as good as possible. Tried this kibble and she loves it. The little bits of 'bacon' and small size of the kibble work for her as well as our young pup that is much larger. They both eat it eagerly and that is a relief as I don't want to have several sizes and brands of kibble to store. As with most things, probably should get a small bag to see if your dog likes it, so glad it comes in various sizes. ... show more

Personally, I did not try it. I have a family of feral cats that have moved into live underneath my shed. I could not see them go hungry, so I begin feeding them and hoping someone would come and take them to a rescue shelter. However, I learned that shelters do not want feral cats, so they have become my responsibility. I think perhaps that this is too big a size kibble for these kittens. They are about 6 to 7 months old and they don’t seem to eat as much of the food as they did a previous brand that I had bought and the only thing I can see that is different about it is the size . I currently switched my dogs food and he has been doing way better on this food than he did on the other brand I would get him. I like the fact they honor small dogs and give little bites for small mouths because some brands don’t do this. It has soft pieces as well which my dog seems to crave more and more of.
