As the proud dad of two spirited Maltese boys, Max and Toby, finding the right food for them has always been a bit of a mission. They’re small, picky eaters with sensitive tummies, so not every dog food makes the cut. Enter CESAR Small Breed Adult Dry Dog Food in the Filet Mignon Flavor with Spring Vegetables Garnish—and suddenly, mealtime has become their favorite part of the day. First Impressions Opening the bag, I could tell this wasn’t your average dog kibble. The aroma was surprisingly fresh and appetizing (for dog food), and the small, bite-sized kibble was perfect for my little guys. The filet mignon flavor with hints of vegetables looked thoughtfully crafted, and I could already tell it would be easy for their tiny mouths to handle. Max and Toby’s Reaction Both of my boys have very different personalities. Max is the energetic go-getter who dives into his food headfirst, while Toby is more cautious and likes to inspect before he eats. With this kibble, both of them were hooked right away. Max polished his bowl in record time, and even Toby, my picky little prince, couldn’t resist. Watching them eagerly wag their tails during meals melted my heart. My adult morkie goes through these phases where he wont eat much,he will pick here or there.its usually in conjunction with his allergies and skin condition cramping up. So I have tried so many brands and because he has always been a big fan of the Cesar wet food I thought maybe having this out would temp him. There has been a point here and there where after saying a bazillion times you need to eat your food or you will get sick and if I hold it to his mouth he will take a few bites here and there. But for the most part he will sniff it and walk away. I dont really feel it's about the brand that's the issue. I feel when he has flare ups from his skin conditions he gets down and out and dont eat much. I have spent t tons of money on different foods and tried certain grain free type foodsmwhich turns out isnt the problem so it's very frustrating to see him go through these phases and not be able to help. The cesar brand has always been a go to for my dogs,they love the wet pate original types of all flavors,which has many. This food is dry dog food and has a naturally smelling type of scent for dog food. For dry food it's not super hard although not soft you can tell it appears better than the average dry type food. Also has wonderful nutrition value in it. When he was a baby I used the treats as a training treat. The training value is great as you can also use the dry food as a training treat,which helps to give them the nutritional value needed for them to stay healthy. Also a sneaky way to make sure they are eating their actual food.when excited and they absolutely love to be challenged, they get super happy when training time comes and will pretty much eat whatever treat you offer because they're so happy they arent paying much attention to what your giving them which helps to maintain their health in making sure they are getting real food with nutrition rather than an average treat.cesar food has an array of types of foods,and an array of flavors .they've always been my go to food for my fur babies and always will. Quality is good. Apparently the taste is good too. My little Shihtzu eats it up. I keep it in a air tight container because she doesn't eat a lot at a time.

Although my title may be a bit misleading, I personally have never tasted the food myself. However, my dog has and he enjoys it. He gave me 3 paws up for it. The bag is big and will last for at least 3 months. My dog is a Lhaso Apso, so not a big eater. I recommend.

After my dog had an upset stomach, we switched to this dog food and she absolutely loves it. She has been on it for the past year now and we have continued to buy through Amazon. The price is a lot cheaper for the quantity that you get.
