This is a perfect replacement filters for my hot tub. It works just as well as the ones my hot tub came with. For the most part, it is very easy to install the filter. You do need to access the filter area and I would highly recommend emptying the hot tub BEFORE you change the filter. The filters hold pretty well once installed and has done a great job with keeping the hot tub clean. I do not have to worry about replacing it too quickly. The filter itself is well made. The filters are not weak where they easily puncture and rip. The plastic piece also holds it in place well. The packaging is in a simple plastic wrapping which is wish was a bit more individually wrapped as once you open this it is exposed to the elements. It could make the a little less efficient in the future but I am not entirely sure (not an expert). The filters are very tightly packaged but it easy to open. So far it works just as well as the OEM filter. I have not seen anything too different in the hot tub to say otherwise. Overall this filter is a great replacement for my hot tub. It is very easy to install and does not have any issues with punctures or breaks. It is the same size as the original so you do not have to worry about it being too small. The only issues I found was that the packaging was separate for each filter. So far I have not had issues with needing to replace these too frequently so it is a good long term supply. ... show more

Not as high quality as the brand name filters- as I can feel a difference when I rinse them- but they do their job. The paper accordion part bends easily when you try and rinse and doesn’t go back to shape 100%. That part seems like a lower quality material that doesn’t rinse as easily as the brand filters that came with our spa. However, for the price- sometimes getting possibly one rinse (sometimes they are too bent or won’t rinse clean) and re-use seems to be worth the quality sacrifice for the price. ... show more
