  • Works great
Bought this to use in our camper so I didn't have to buy a portable power station when there isn't supplied power and so I didn't have to run our generator at night. Works great

  • Great 24v converter for ResMed Airsense 10
The media could not be loaded. I use this with my ResMed Airsense 10 hooked to a Bluetti AC200P. I was just using the 120v adapter but this 24 volt converter sips the power compared to the 120v hookup. I looked for an OEM one but could not find one. This one works really well and is very compact. This would also be a good solution for CPAP power in a vehicle. ... show more

  • A perfect addition to my South Florida Hurricane Preparedness Kit!
As a CPAP user for 20 years living in South Florida for the last 10 years, I went thru Hurricane Irma with no power and no CPAP. Sleeping was impossible and I resolved to never get stuck in that situation again. That said, I started with a large 100+Ah AGM battery, a float charger to keep it fully charged, and an inverter to create 110 volt for my CPAP power adapter. I thought I was good until I realized that I would be taking 12 volt and converting it to 110 volt so my CPAP adapter could convert it to 24 volt to power my ResMed Airsense 10. This was inefficient at best since each power conversion is never 100% efficient. Doing a little research recently I discovered ResMed also had a car adapter available to take 12 volt directly to 24 volt. Perfect... until I saw the price! Over $100 for this little adapter. Seriously, folks??!!?!? That brought me here to Amazon where I found this KFD adapter. The price was certainly reasonable and it works great! When it arrived, I disconnected my float charger and hooked up this KFD adapter to my CPAP and started testing to see how much CPAP time I can get out of my AGM battery. So far, without the heated air tube and humidifier options (which I never use here in South Florida anyway) I have gotten 8 nights of CPAP use and both the adapter and battery are still going strong! Bottom line, this car charger works perfectly with my ResMed Airsense 10 and while my KFD adapter may never see the inside of a car or travel much, I will have it at the ready and tucked away with my other hurricane supplies knowing that I am in good shape in case of disaster. If you use any of the listed ResMed models, this is not a WANT, you NEED this! And I might also recommend a AGM battery and a float charger to keep it charged if you live in an area which is prone to lengthy power outages or do any kind of rustic camping. Even a smaller, cheaper 35Ah AGM battery (slightly larger than a motorcycle battery) would provide enough power for at least a weekend of CPAP use without AC power. ... show more

  • Use on my CPAP machine during power failures
Charge only last about 2 hours if using the CPAP "heater". I am thinking it will hold charge for about 6 hours if you turn off the heater. Other than that, great value and works fine!

  • Must-Have for CPAP users with portable power station
I used a Bluetti EB70S portable power station when I go camping. If I plus in my CPAP maching to this power station, I get a little over 2 nights of usage. However, this adapter lets me plug in to the same power station and get 11 nights of usage. This is a a major improvement and I wanted to post this review for anyone wondering whether buying this is worth it for the CPAP machine. ... show more
