Got this for the entry door from the garage, you know just in case someone left eh garage door open. I wanted something that allowed easy hassle-free entry. This lock has great features and they all work. Installation took me about 45 mins. The lock mechanism mostly fitted in/around the holes left by the previous manual lock, although I had to chisel out about 4mm from the door jam so the locking bar would engage. The steps are nicely laid out in plain language and easy to follow. Once setup I first tried the manual key entry, then I downloaded the app (TTlock) and connected the lock via Bluetooth. So far so good. There's no written instructions with this for setting up the app features, so to give others permission to open the lock with the app you have to set up "eKeys" and not "Passcodes. Permissions can be set up Permanent, Timed, or Recurring, whether it's eKeys, Passcodes, or fingerprints. I was a little worried about the fingerprint part because I've had items with that so-called feature that still opened up for any fingerprint, but this worked on this lock! I set up my wife's then tried to open it with a different fingerprint and it failed, but worked on hers. So I now have it set up for all home occupiers, confident this work. The key fobs are really easy to set up too, and you simply hold the programmed fob close to the lock to open it. Currently I have it set up for key use, fob use, fingerprint use, and passcode use. I'm very satisfied with this lock! I want to finish up with a great word for customer service. The first item sent was DOA but IFYOUCOM responded immediately and after a couple troubleshooting steps agreed it was DOA and immediately sent out a replacement to arrive next day.     • Finally a smart lock that works!
I’ve installed a few different Smart door locks and for some reason, I’ve always run into challenges with them. Until I installed this one, the MSRX6! Honestly, this has been the best experience I’ve had with any smart lock. Install was simple, setting up finger prints was a breeze and everything just works properly. My family and I have been using these smart locks for several years now and it truly looks like the MSRX6 is one of the best available. Seriously, if you don’t want the inconvenience of smart locks working “some of the time” I can’t recommend this one enough. Just the fact that I haven’t had any issues with it or had to dismantle it, in order to troubleshoot problems, sincerely puts this lock above the competition. ... show more

    • Easy to install, easy to program, versitile operation!
There are lots of things to like about this lock. It installs very easily, with everything that you need included. I have a bit of experience with security devices, so I found this lock particularly easy to install and configure. Things that are impressive about this lock: As I said, it was easy to install. The companion app is intuitive and easy to configure. This lock has great operational options - it can be unlocked with a fingerprint, a code, an RFID tag, from the app, or if all else fails, a physical key. The fingerprint reader seems to be excellent and accurate. Things that I wish were a little better (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5): Some of the software features are just a little frustrating - for instance, you can schedule a "pass mode", which will leave the door unlocked during certain times - but what you have to figure out on your own is that the door will not unlock itself during that time - the lock has to be activated before the pass mode kicks in. Another thing that is slightly lacking is the touchpad. It stays dark until you touch it, then you can enter your code. The problem is that it seems you have to tap on it a few times to get it to "wake up" - but once it lights up it is responsive. All in all, the positives far outweigh the negatives. I will probably get more of these for other doors in my house! ... show more

I think every house or apartment needs one of these and this one is actually very well-made for the price. I like the fact that it is fingerprinted I can use the app I can enter a code, or I can use a key to open it. If I have guest that need to get in the house when I’m not there I can simply open it through the app. It was super easy to install only need a tool or two a Phillips and a flathead. Took me maybe about 15 minutes to assemble and another five minutes to set up. And for the price I think is great to give you a piece of mind that your kids won’t be locked out you won’t be locked out you have the safety of the door with automated lock in case you walk out and be like oh I forgot to lock the door it’s locked. ... show more

I purchased this for my mother so that she could have an extra layer of security at her home. The install was very easy. The instructions are easy to follow. I love the design of the product. A couple of things that we like is that you can use your fingerprint to unlock the door it also has. A little scan card that you can use. I like that. There's so many different types of ways that you can open the lock. It's not just the key or fingerprint. It's so many different options, so it's something that will satisfy everyone. Whether they be old school or new school, from what? I have read the battery. Life is going to be really long and you can actually charge it when you need to. This lock offers so many different ways to operate the locking mechanism. You can use traditional keys, an app, your fingerprints, or a numeric code. This would work very well for a rental property or a home with many residents coming and going throughout the day. You can even set an auto lock that will operate the mechanism if left unlocked for a period of time. I believe this is a great value and I highly recommend it! ... show more
