I have ordered these acne patches a few times and love them. They stay stuck on the skin for a long time. I have even slept with them on my face and none come off in the morning. They work well with getting the gunk out. Most times when I take them off there is a white dot where the grossness was pulled out. I will say that sometimes it takes putting a patch on 2-3 times before the zit goes away completely but it works well nonetheless. You can use these just about anywhere and they stick well and get rid of the zits. I do not wear makeup so I am not sure if they can be worn under makeup, but I would guess not because even though they are clear, they are somewhat thick. So makeup would probably not cover these up 100 percent. If you want ones you can wear under makeup I would recommend getting thinner ones. All in all I would really recommend!! Also, they come in three different sizes which is a bonus! So it’s good for multiple sized acne spots. Finally, a suggestion I have is to press it on firmly and press for a few seconds to make sure it has fully adhered to your skin. Wear these for at least 6 hours if you can, too. ... show more

To properly understand how these work is that it's best used for pimples that already have signs of leakage/drainage or budding white heads. If you have deep cystic acne that's in the swelling stage but has no signs of leakage/drainage yet then do not bother, it will be a waste of a patch. The patches will basically latch on to the leakage or whitehead area and pull out the pus over time, helping with drainage and not reintroducing irritation or bacteria which can cause it to swell up and refill with pus again. I found that the patches are a little hard to peel off the sheets and are prone to folding in itself, so I usually use a pair of tweezers to pull them off, which also prevents the oils from your fingers from ruining the adhesive. I have sensitive skin and chronic skin allergies but I haven't ever found that the tree tea oil in these has ever flared up my skin, so it's probably very dependent on the person if any irritation occurs since I've red that other people got red spots from it. ... show more

Prior to purchasing these, I had tried the nexcare patches. These patches are very sheer but also have a bit of translucence that sort of blurs the redness making blemishes barely noticeable. You can see this in the photos I shared. They are thinner than the nexcare version which at first seemed like lower quality, but as I’ve used them I’ve found that the thinner patch allows it to mold to whatever shape and adhere better. This also gives them a little stretch and allows them to flex with you if they’re in a place that moves. For me, these patches do 3 things: they reduce the redness, gooey-ness of blemishes and they, conceal the blemish, and they prevent me from touching or picking at the blemish. All of this means the spot is less noticeable and heals much faster! Sometimes it just takes overnight! A couple negatives: Right out of the package, I thought they were just a little bit smelly. These patches have tea tree oil and it gives them a distinct smell. Once I have them on though, I don’t notice it. The other issue I have is that these are thin and very sticky and sometimes when I’m trying to remove from package an edge will curl in and stick to itself. It takes some fiddling to figure out how to avoid this so that the patch adheres nice and smooth. Overall though, this is one of the best products I have used for blemish treatment!     • Works (in my opinion…) but doesn’t work as intended
It works? Kind of… but it is visible because most it doesn’t stick very well… unlike the other patches I have used before, this one is visible. Moving on, it does work though or at least I think it does because after I leave it on overnight on a pimple, the next day the pimple is slightly red-pink at the area it’s applied but I have found that it made it easier for me to squeeze out the gunk so I guess it works? However, I’m too impatient to put it on for another day or two to find out if it’ll get resolved by the pimple patch (I assumed with the progress it made, it would’ve taken maybe five days just for it to absorb the white stuff and another two to five days for it to heal and I wasn’t willing to wait that long). So I would say it works but if you want to buy something that works better, is invisible / or at least look good and not awkward on the skin, then this isn’t it. Would I buy it again? No, most likely not. I’m probably going to check out the other patches and if those don’t work as well, I’ll go back to Rael’s patches but they are a bit in the pricier side compared to these but those are much better than these in whether or not it works. ... show more
