For the price, these work perfectly for me to put on my remote controls and keys. However, I feel it is wrong to hang it on a pet collar because the sound is loud and I would imagine if it was a cat, especially, it would just keep running to get away from the noise. In fact, my house is almost 3000 ft.² and I have no problem locating anything with the beeper attached. Unfortunately, the backing for the battery fell off one of my remotes so I only have one to use. All in all, I believe this is a good product as long as you make sure the backing is secure on the remote, and please don’t put it on your pets, I’m sure there are plenty of other things you lose track of. I moved to a larger house & I loose stuff. This product is very effective & it saves me time when I loose stuff. Be sure & get two remotes so u can tag the remotes in case u lose a remote. Unfortunately that has happened to me. Great purchase for me.

The sound from these is loud as heck but they are not good quality tags. I haven't had mine break yet but if your hard on your keys these aren't for you 😂

    • Easy to use and reliable to find lost objects
I had "Tile" finders and never had good luck with them. They supposedly lead you to the object but never did for me. The Esky product is simpler in that it just beeps when you push the remote control. But it's much louder than the Tile and has worked every time I tried it. Even when the keys I had dropped on our walkway were frozen in ice a day later. So that impressed me. Battery life is still up in the air because I've only had the Esky for a couple of months. It's good to test them on the first of every month to make sure the battery still works. ... show more

After the fifth time of losing one of my TV remote controls in my bed, I finally broke down and bought this. It's a little bulky on my remote, but it's much better than having no remote.
