I got these covers to update some pillows in our living room. I took the stuffing out of the old pillows that came with the furniture and filled these up. The fabric is fairly soft so comfortable to put a cheek on if you want a nap. The most difficult thing for me in buying online is wondering about colors. I was hoping for closer to a teal color than a dusty blue and for the most part I would say they are turquoise/teal. They don't look overly bright but are brighter than a dusty color. I have attached a couple of pictures comparing them to some clothing pieces - one that is royal blue and one that is a bright teal color. If you zoom in to the chair you can compare that the blues in the chair are a true dusty to gray blue and are different than the pillow color. I know pictures don't always come across like they look in person - but thought it might help someone decide on this color. Overall I am perfectly happy with my choice. ... show more

I was sooo hesitant to getting these bc I just wasn't a fan of the way they looked in the pictures but I couldnt find any other pillow covers that i liked so I went out on a limb and ordered them and I'm sooo glad I did. These covers were perfect! Nice quality seams and stitching. The fabric was much thicker and softer than I expected considering the price paid. The color is a beautiful brick reddish/orange that coincidentally matched perfectly with my tan and poppy color decor in my living room. I used the pillows that came with the couch and slid them inside these covers. Tip: it worked best to flatten and fold the pillow in half as much as possible prior to inserting in the cover. Beware everything sticks to this fabric! Colors were perfect, I did wash them a few times and they did well but the zipper was small making it hard to get pillows inside and fluffed. My biggest complaint is the fabric.. it is NOT soft, its very itchy and dog hair, lint, anything you can think of sticks to it and will not come off even with a vacuum! I would compare the fabric to velcro! Ended up throwing them away. ... show more

I've been looking for the perfect teal/Robbin egg blue forever and this hit the mark. Really nice textured pattern that is on both sides. They were stiff when I first got them, but one wash and they are surprisingly soft. They have held up really well to both my dogs and my toddler. They wash really well too. We loved the colors and initially the product was exactly as described, but after several weeks in place as accent pillows on my couch, the material is pilling, making it look dirty. Too late to return, but if you are looking for durability or longevity pick another product.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pillow covers for the price. The material is surprisingly soft, and the textured pattern adds nice visual distinction while not detracting from comfort at all (I can put my face against the pillow and not notice any bumps or unevenness). The zipper blends in with the pillow and runs almost all the way across, which makes inserting a pillow quite easy. I used 20x20 inserts for the 18x18 pillow cover and it's filled out great.
