Purchased these a size larger than the pillow cases (that is what I found on the internet), e.g., 22 x 22 for 20 x 20 in pillow cases. That worked out well. Did take care when inserting them, since the case zippers, etc. seemed to be somewhat small and fragile (so they are not that noticeable).
