I got it today, delivered in less than 48 hrs. It works perfectly, the only issue that I have, however, is not really an issue, is more like I should have gotten the the 2 plugs with the door bell. It has great volume, just not for a 2 floor home. You can hear it all around the first floor, but not w
hen we are upstairs. However, is movable, you can take the plugged part and take it upstairs. But if you get the 2 plugs, one for each floor. You should be good. I recommend this product.

Quick setup right out of the box. Works great. It DOES come with a battery. Just plug in base and I attached the double sided tape and stuck to the door frame of my apartment. I got this because I was tired of thinking it was my door when it was the neighbors door. They are right next to each other.
So far so good. For the price it's great.

Excellent range but not 1000 feet.

This is an excellent product but the description that claims 1000 foot range contradicts the instruction sheet which only claims 150 meters (490 feet) and my testing that indicates that it's range, in an open area, is about 150 meters. It works reliably anywhere inside my house. I'm an electrical eng
ineer so I took a look inside and it's much better designed and constructed and has much better range than the more expensive, Hampton Bay, doorbell that I bought at Home Depot. Interestingly, there is an LED on the board inside the remote button that lights up when you press the button but you can't see it through the black case. I assume there is a version that allows you to see that but I couldn't find it on Amazon. I like the fact that the buttons use common CR2032 batteries. Some remote doorbells use much more expensive and harder to find 12V batteries. I don't like are the fact that it doesn't remember the volume and melody selections after a power failure and it doesn't allow you to play different melodies for each remote so you can't tell which door a visitor is at. I would have given it 4 stars if the description had been accurate.

Unboxing & installing this was literally the easiest thing I’ve done today. Plugged it, took the paper out of the battery, & pressed it. It worked immediately. I still haven’t even set a doorbell ring yet.

Easy setup & rings where needed
