This little bag has no problem as a carryon, it’s lightweight, and very maneuverable. It also fits on top of my suitcase which I take as a check bag. The wheels are very nice and allow maneuverability in all directions. It also holds a lot. After reading some of the reviews I almost did not purchase it. Boy would that have been a mistake if I did not purchase it, because it’s the best bag I’ve ever had as a carryon. I did not understand some of the reviews it got. The color is as it says it is, black with gold zippers and looks great very classy. The zippers move well and seem like they will be very durable as long as you are not over stuffing it or shoving a laptop in that won’t fit. My laptop fits just fine in it, with an additional padded pouch I use to protect it, and there is still plenty of room without stressing the zippers. It’s got extra pockets inside and out for organizing. Very well made. I see people stuffing much larger bags in the overhead carryon compartments that shouldn’t even be allowed. This actually fits under the seat very nicely and I can still put my purse inside as long as it’s a small to medium size, with the laptop and other things. Perfect size and great design! I was tired of carrying my heavy handbag and computer bag on flights, now they both fit in this bag on wheels so no more lugging. Most luggage is ugly but this is chic and so practical with its outer pockets and handstraps.

I love this bag and I've had it for over a year now. It fits perfectly under the seat of most every plane and I've been traveling a lot. It looks great! It's room and has a lot of pockets and zippers. My two issues are the handle is very flimsy, so it is wobbly when rolling by itself. And sadly, the 360-spinner wheels are not great, I have a hard time keeping them in a straight line. And now one of them has partly come off, so it is even harder to roll. I hope the next version they make is better. ... show more

i brought this for my wife, its very good for her use for over a year now, yet the wheels are breaking after one year of use, which i think should not be, and will try to replace them, the only thing i noticed after this issue, that there is no contact for the support in such case, to get a replacement of the wheels or check if this is under the warranty which mentioned 10 years i believe so, or even get the measurement for a replacement to make sure it can fit in ... show more

    • Bag doesn’t roll well and tips over when full!

These bags looked nice and looked like they would hold up better than the hard side ones I had. I bought them to take on a 3 week trip to Japan, so it was a true test of their function. My bags were packed pretty full, but under the weight limit. I quickly learned that these bags were not a good choice as they don’t roll well, and tip over when you stand them up! It made my trip very difficult dragging them through several airports and hotels. My husband wanted me to just buy new ones in Japan and ditch these, but I insisted I would go home and send them back. Unfortunately, I got home about one week past the last date to return them. I am very disappointed in these suitcases! I do not recommend these suitcases! I guess I’ll have to contact the company directly and see if they will remedy this situation! ... show more

These are cute and both worked fine as carry-on bags, but the zippers feel a little fragile and the telescoping handle on the larger bag is thin and has a lot of "play" in it - though it didn't, I was worried it was going to break the whole time I was using it. Keeping both for basic overnight trips - for heartier/longer trips, I plan to invest in something that feels more reliable. ... show more
