Adjusts easily to whatever height needed and secures tightly so house. Lightweight and easy to relocate if wanted. Does require 2 people for final assembly to roof/floor. I was honestly shocked by how easy this was to install. Took about an hour and a half and for about 10 minutes you need a second set of hands to hold things in place. My mom was my second set of hands, so it was super easy. it seems very well-made and easy to operate. Really hoping it stands up to the weather. I love this awning! It's easy to put together and install, and does exactly what I bought it for. I'd give it 5 stars, but I went with 4 because the knob screws tend to come loose. I've noticed it a few times, and just tightened them, but on a really windy day, one of the knobs managed to shake loose and get lost, so now I'm on the hunt for a replacement. I'll be buying a handful, because I'm sure this will happen again. So if you buy one, check the knobs periodically to make sure they're tight. ... show more

Some reviews claim this ponds water on top when it rains, but that’s only so if the support arms are not adjusted properly. That’s one feature that makes this so versatile.
