  • 4 Star out of abundance of caution
Size: 9 Color: Magnet/Ocean Wave
I've rated this boot 4 star out of an abundance of caution. Full disclosure, this is my first Keen purchase and I did return them. I returned them because they were smaller than expected, and I'm not sure if I would need a half or whole size larger. It's just too complicated, so I'll sit on it a while longer before I decide to try again or go back to other brands I'm already used to. I have a somewhat narrow size 9 female foot - I wear 8.5 in most dress shoes and 9 in most tennis shoes and boots. I wear hiking and work shoes almost every day. My favorite boots are no longer in stock and so I gave Keen a try. This boot seemed very comparable to a boot I loved to death in the brand rhyming with Kimbermand. This boot seemed worthy and well made, as well as repairable. If I had tried the boot for a year and it served it's purpose, I would have given a 5 star. ... show more

  • Alittle tight
Size: 8.5 Color: Canteen/Andorra
Got in my normal size for summer hiking boots, used daily on at my job. Over all the boot is lite weight and has okay tread in mild wet conditions and is okay for light rain. My only issue w the boots is the toe seems tight and when hiking down hill on steep terrian it becomes painful. But even after 90+miles of hiking there has been no broken seems, cracks, or damage done. ... show more

  • Great lightweight boot for narrow feet
Size: 11 Color: Black/Magnet
It is impossible to find narrow hiking boots/snow boots anywhere. On a hiking website I read that these were the best boots for narrow feet. I bought these in 11 regular width and fully expected to have to return them. They fit absolutely great and I usually wear a 10.5 AAA in SAS shoes. The width is perfect with some boot socks. Always recommend sizing up for hiking boots and the length was good in these. They are also very lightweight but provide good lateral ankle support. I immediately bought a second pair on Prime Day. I now own black and magnet/ocean wave which is really a grey color. The only negative is they have extremely short shoelaces so I bought Lock Lace boot laces. Hopefully they will be good in the snow. Highly recommend for women with narrow feet. ... show more

  • Great quality but runs small
Size: 12 Color: Magnet/Ocean Wave
I love Keen shoes. This is a beautiful boot but it is way too small. I wear a women's 11/11.5. This boot is a size 12 and even with thin socks, my toes were hitting the end of the shoe. Will have to return.

  • Awesome Boot
Size: 9 Color: Black/Magnet
My wife absolutely loves this boot. Good fit, superb support and great style. This is the third pair I’ve gotten for her.

  • Great boot
Size: 12 Color: Magnet/Ocean Wave
This was a great waterproof boot. However it was too big for me. Wish they made 11.5, most shoe manufacturers do not make 11.5 why I don’t know, I guess they figure they can’t cater to larger sizes? Why not? There are 1/2 sizes in all sizes up to 9. Disappointing. So unfortunately, I returned them! 🤷🏼♀️ ... show more

  • Worth every penny!
Size: 7 Color: Canteen/Andorra
I never gave much thought to hiking shoes until my husband and I trekked through one of Texas' many state parks and I tweaked my ankle a couple miles from the trail head on some shifty terrain. After that trip I retired my "trail" tennis shoes and started researching hiking boots. I walked around REI in a pair of Merrell's for about 30 minutes and while they were somewhat comfy they were quite heavy and my legs felt like I'd spent a half hour at the gym. So I went back to the drawing board and found Keen and I'm glad I did. I put them on when they came in and walked around my office in them for a few minutes; then proceeded to wear them on a 6 mile hike the next day. They required no break-in time! They are incredibly comfortable straight out of the box. They are lightweight and they are waterproof which is a huge bonus! A couple thigs to note... These are a narrower designed shoe so plan to go up a size if you have a wider foot or if you wear thicker socks. I normally wear a 6 but ordered a 7 to accommodate my hiking socks and I am very pleased with my purchase. Plan to have to pause a couple of times and adjust your laces until you figure out how tight/lose to get them around the shaft of the boot. Once I got that dialed in I was good to go! ... show more

  • Very narrow, but waterproof
Size: 7.5 Color: Canteen/Andorra
Sadly had to give up on these, they’re just too narrow and pinch my left arch painfully. When I tried them on initially, I thought they seemed perfect! But when I hit the trails a couple months later, the left boot pinched my foot at its widest part, and caused pain on the top of my foot (between metatarsals). My soles also became extremely fatigued and sore after two days of hiking (steep terrain, but only 5 miles each hike), which I have not experienced in the past even hiking in tennis shoes. Disappointing because they weren’t inexpensive, even though I know one can spend a lot more on hiking boots. Upsides were that they are very waterproof, and stylish. ... show more
