Features

  • CUT AT HOME Keego Light blocking strips come in a range of lengths and can be trimmed to fit your windows size. Just cut them with sturdy kitchen scissors or a hacksaw. Standard size: 58.5" x 1.2" x 0.9". Made of light absorbing PVC plastic material.
  • HOW THE LIGHT BLOCKER WORKS?All window treatment must be made slightly smaller than the window opening to prevent rubbing on window frame when blackout shade is raised or lowered, so light may shine through. Light Blockers are an L-shaped piece of plastic that goes in front of or behind your window covering to block the part of the window that is not covered.
  • BLOCKS 100% of LIGHT Along sides of Blackout Window Blinds (Does not include shade)- Keego Light blocker prevent light gaps on blinds and windows. Stop the light from coming in through the sides of your Blackout Blinds & shades, ideal for office, media rooms, bedrooms, and wherever naps are taken.
  • EASY TO USEJust peel the sticky backing and stick to the side of your window. Light Blockers should be placed as close to the Blackout window shades as possible for maximum coverage. Works on cellular shades, honeycomb blinds, roller shades and blinds, roman shades and more.
  • If for any reason you decide that The Light Gap Blockers are not suitable for your windows, simple return them within 30 days and receive a 100% money-back refund.

  • Works as expected
Size: 58.5" x 1.2" x 0.9" Color: Silvery Grey-2pcs
I did the sides and bottom only and used black duct tape on the inside due to some light leakage. With these strips and the tape combined, it works great. In the picture, the before is on top and after is on the bottom.

  • terrific
Size: 58.5" x 1.2" x 0.9" Color: White-2PCS
These light blockers are terrific. They are very easy to install, and do a great job at blocking light from a nearby street lamp. This item blocks all light that had previously been coming through the sides of my window shades. Actually, "install" is probably too strong a word. There is no installation. All that needs to be done is to remove the adhesive strip; and then press each blocker against the most inward-facing edge of the window. The adhesive seems strong. But to be on the safe side, in a few places I duct-taped the blockers to the adjoining wall. ... show more

  • Suits its purpose!
Size: 58.5" x 1.2" x 0.9" Color: Silvery Grey-2pcs
These work! Not too hard to cut, you just need a strong, metal cutting scissors. I took another customer's advise and used velcro strips to install these. Walls are NOT perfectly flat so the glue strip did not work for me. I bought velcro rolls available here on Amazon and they did the job perfectly. apply a long strip to the wall and stick the other part onto the L shaped side bar where the glue is (take the plastic off) It creates a perfect fit, firm and will block any light that could come in from the wall imperfections. UPDATE: I ordered two pairs of these light blockers. One of the pairs arrived DESTROYED. The second pair was fine but the box was also pretty beat up. Amazon ships these in a long box but it does not have any support or strengthening corners so when you receive them, the boxes are bent, torn and in some cases even ripped open. You can imagine how the contents arrive as well. I had to return one of the pairs TWICE because I received them BROKEN and bent on both the original order and the replacement order. NOT ACCEPTABLE! ... show more

  • Helps, but not 100%
Size: 58.5" x 1.2" x 0.9" Color: White-2PCS
In the photo you can see one window with it. It wasn’t long enough so we decided to just put something down there. It’s definitely better than it was, but still some light going in (also both roller are installed incorrectly, they're crooked and that doesn't help with the light).

  • Fell on my head after 2 days being up
The sticky part is not strong enough and the item weight is too heavy and fell and cracked they won’t refund me since it was a few days after return window and I wasn’t able to have them installed immediately since they were delivered and I was on a vacation horrible product

  • Game changer!
Roller shades are not cheap but they lack one key feature when it comes to blacking out light, the sides! These are AMAZING!! 100% recommend makes the our bedroom at night super dark! And in the mornings it has been a game changer! The adhesion isn’t amazing, but they serve the purpose l. Looks great! As far as cutting I would recommend buying tin cutting scissors if you don’t have them, get them you will need them! ... show more

  • Great product but had to seal edge with blackout tape as small amount of light still coming in.
Size: 58.5" x 1.2" x 0.9" Color: Black-2pcs
This is a very easy to use product. We put it on our wall next to blackout shades and behind blackout curtains. Small amounts of light still came through in a few places under the adhesive between the product and the wall so we bought blackout tape and ran it down the length of the product. Problem solved but it would have looked nicer without having to apply the tape (even though it is under a curtain). ... show more

  • Works well, with 2 caveats
Size: 58.5" x 1.2" x 0.9" Color: White-2PCS
These do well blocking out light but there’s 2 things to note when installing: If the surface you attach these to is not perfectly flat there will be a tiny gap that’ll need to be filled And the block light while looking straight on at them. If you look at them at an angle you’ll see light leaking through. I ordered a second pair to add to the backside of my blinds which should eliminate all the light that can be seen from every angle. Also noted a lot of people saying they were fragile to cut; a plastic miter box & Japanese hand saw worked fine for me. Would recommend these. ... show more
