tldr: AMAZING MASK! Skin feels great after use, hydrated and moisturized. I was a bit hesitant to try it because all the sheets were in one packet, making it likely that the sheets are not as moisturized. Surprisingly, there was a LOT of serum in the packet, the sheet I used was dripping in serum. Starting to love the fact that it is all in one packet because I save time from trying to squeeze out the serum from each individual bag. A lot of reviewers mentioned that the mask is too small, which might be true because the Japanese company is used to Asian customers, who has much smaller faces. I did not have a problem with the size, in fact, it covered my face much better than other brands. The quality of the cotton is very high. LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that they include a certification that the product is from Japan with an American distributor because of all the fake products that are sold online claiming to be the real thing. Overall, the experience was great and I am already tempted to reorder after this first trial. Please don't compare this to high-end face masks because this face mask is simply a budget face mask. It does an awesome job at moisturizing my skin and doesn't break me out. I've used it every 2 or 3 days because I like it that much. I cleanse my face, apply rosewater toner and leave on the face mask for about 40 minutes before bedtime. After that, I don't have to apply my other skincare products because the mask is already super moisturizing. I leave the product on and sleep with it. By the next morning, my skin is still moisturized by the mask. It's amazing. When I first started using this, it took about 2 days till I really saw the effects of it. My skin is noticeable softer, smoother, and people have told me that it glows. Of course, don't just rely only on the mask if you want better skin. I have never posted a review but I just had to with this product. I was uber excited to try the mask.. as soon as I opened the package i was expecting something light & fragrant but no it smelt like diesel fuel. I took a mask out, it’s smaller than some of the other masked I’ve tried. The scent wasn’t as strong so I figured I’d try it, maybe that’s how it smells. I did not have a bad reaction to the mask, actually, I had no reaction. I mean as while have put a wet napkin with holes on my face. After I rinsed it off, the diesel smell started to come out.. from my face, no bueno! Plus I had to use a translator app to get the instructions; they could have put a sticker label with the instructions in English. ... show more

The product is nice but unlike other shoppers, I’m grateful that all the masks are together in one resealable pouch. How are people not delighted by this? *My skin type: sensitive + combination skin that tends to get really dry and flaky during the winter time. I have been using these masks once a day, for 3 days straight, and I am extremely impressed with the moisture level that they have provided for my face. Truth be told, I was a tad worried about having to take the masks out from the package every time I need to use one, but it took me less than a second each time and there was zero mess. The size of the masks are slightly smaller compared to most sheet masks in the market, but that isn't a problem for me. There is not much of a scent, so a plus for people who are sensitive to pungent fragrances - if you have previously used any products by Hada Labo, these masks smell exactly the same as their products. Storage wise, I just put the entire pack on the top shelf of my closet, away from sunlight and heat. As you can see in one of the photos, each mask is packed with luxurious serum that is not too thick/sticky. My face feels extremely moisturized and supple after every use, and there was no tacky feeling. Though it was recommended to remove the mask after 5 mins, I left it on for 15 mins instead. There was no problem, and the mask did not dry up at all. You do not have to wash your face after every use. Just simply massage the remaining serum and gently pat dry. Use this for a week and finished it up day by day! It’s minimize your pours and give great moisture! But just one pack a roll, or skip a day to finish it. If you planning to use a second roll. I ordered this without expecting anything. But these turned out to be the best masks that I have ever ordered. I have normal to dry matured skin. The mask doesn't have strong scent, which is what I want. The mask stays on face very well and does not drip or drag down. After the mask, my skin feels very soft and moisturized. I usually do this mask before I go to sleep and after the mask, I put on my cream without any serum before. Next day, my skin is bright, still very soft and moisterized, and smooth. Although the mask feels a little bit sticky, next day my skin feels clean without clogging pores. The only thing that I can complain a little bit is the size of the holes for eyes. They are little bit smaller for my eyes. But I just tear the mask a little bit to make the holes bigger. Then it fits well. To summarize, I really love this mask and definitely will order more.
