Needs some installation instructions with detail. It lifts everything I put on it and does so safely. Shipping was a problem easily avoided. It was packaged very well when it came most of the instructions were OK, I added larger anchor bolts the others were fine. One wire was disconnected in the box and the wiring diagram was not good for a non electrician, when I sent a question in about the issue the response was great with photos and all. So we received the lift and the packaging was fine but the lift has scratches and dents all over it and the motor does not work everytime we try to use it the thing trips the breaker after looking into it(because I am an electrical engineer) i found that the winding on the motor are bad. Don't buy this lift it is a waste of time. Also note that the sellers customer service is non existing. I would not recommend this item or seller. This company is a scam ... show more

This arrived in good order and quick shipping. Delivery of product did take us having to unload it from the delivery truck ourselves so be warned if delivering to a residential area as we did. My husband had the lift set up in just a day and had a car up on the lift by the next day. Set up was easy and instructions were clear.
