For years, I purchased rolls of parchment paper to bake with. It is frustrating pulling a piece of parchment paper from the roll and have it curl up on the baking sheet and then try and get it to lay flat before you put your goods on it. I’m updating this review because. This is the only paper that has never gotten anything suck to it. These will part of Christmas gifts to my friends that cook and bake. The paper is perfect size for your average baking sheet. I absolutely love just pulling a sheet and not having to do any cutting nor measuring. Additionally, the quality of the paper is nice and thick. I haven’t had anything stick to it so far. The packaging is also strong and stores well, not flimsy like traditional packaging. Ever since I started using parchment sheets I will not go back to the rolls. These work great and fit my 1/2 sheet pan perfectly. Folded in half they fit my 1/4 pans. These are so easy and lay nicely in the pan. I will continue to purchase these parchment sheets.

This was a good buy. I decided to buy a larger supply because I use them so frequently. I always try to buy unbleached and the grocery store doesn’t carry unbleached. The size is just right for my baking sheets. I like that they come in different sizes to fit different pans. They don’t stick or burn. The price was good. They’re almost $5 for 25 at the grocery store. At Amazon, I got 120 sheets for $12.99. I save so such money by shopping at Amazon. I love having things delivered to my front door.
