My kitchen doesn’t have very much counter space. This rack was a tremendous help when I made several dozens of cookies for the holidays. It took up much less counter space than the three cookie racks I normally use. The racks are very sturdy.

Starting with the many positives, takes up very little space, easy and fast to set up for use and tear down for storage, folds up nicely and takes up next to zero space, and even when not using it as a cooling rack it is handy for that extra storage. The only complaints I would have about it is I would have liked a little more sturdiness and the initial setup can be a little confusing unless you read the instructions as the frame can rotate both ways. ... show more

This was incredibly easy to assemble and feels sturdy. It's a little awkward getting taller baked goods on the back edge of the second and third rack, but not impossible - just takes a few extra seconds. I overfilled some hand pies and got strawberry jam on the racks, but they're super easier to clean... just pop off the rack and toss in the dishwasher. Easy all around. ... show more

I have a dog biscuit Company I’m also a pastry chef I don’t know what took me so long to order this but I am so thrilled I did each rack is big enough to put a 13 inch pie or a 20 inch cheesecake on each rack and they’re sturdy do not bend easy to wash easy to clean easy to dry I just keep it on my counter I always have something baking and smelling good and all my friends and family knows to go to the kitchen and look at the rack to see what kind of goodie I have cooling. I have a very small kitchen. And this works beautifully. I use it for cookies and cupcakes. There is enough height in between each layer for cupcakes. If they are normal size cupcakes, you could probably fit 12 or 16 on each layer. It comes apart pretty easily so I can store it easily. I’m really glad that I bought this.
