I use parchment paper in lots of baking. It protects my pans, makes clean up easier and allows for ease of release of the food. I was happy to see an unbleached version of this product. The chemicals used in bleaching paper products is unhealthy and totally unnecessary. And considering this paper is exposed to high heat in the oven I worried that those chemicals could be polluting my food.
